I really like Godfathers pizza. Maybe because it’s a childhood nostalgia thing. This is the closest location to me so I stop whenever I have a chance. The employees are nice and they do a pretty good job keeping up with customers. One of the employees even gave me spider plant starters.

Short drive from Rochelle or Rockford. Great pizza, edible crust. Very flavorful, beats anything in Rochelle. (& is open during the day! Not having to wait until 4pm) Next best pizza in the area is Angelo’s all the way in Sterling/Dixon. Will definitely be returning!

Placed an online order which upon arrival at the store had not gone through. Guy behind the counter said it would be 8 minutes to make the order, over 20 minutes later (much longer than 8 minutes) we got our order which cost $2 more than our online order. Employee said he rung it up different because “it’s basically the same thing”. For 2 dollars more I would not consider it to be “basically the same thing”. Good pizza per usual but having 20 min of my time wasted with no effort made to correct the issue AND being charged extra would not be what I’d consider “good service”. This is the closest place for us to get pizza and it’s usually decent so unfortunately we’ll probably be back regardless.

Pizza is great and they get them well done just right. 4 stars because I always order in advance for pick up and a couple times they didn’t even start my order until I got there. Store is clean and fresh smells.

Great pizza as usual, but a little pricey. A single large was $25. This location isn’t very well equipped for dine in either even though there are tables. There was a teen Subway employee, at the counter right by them, that was really rude to a black woman that came in while we were eating too. She got rude right back, but it was a weird interaction.
