Ordered online, received confirmation number and time to pickup. arrived to pick up pizza and wings was informed online orders was down and would need to wait 35 minutes. Not sure how I got a confirmation number and time if was down. Once I received the food after waiting, pizza was cold inside and not cooked and wings were dried out. The staff didn’t seem concern about any of it., as if this happens all the time.Not a great experience or service

I ordered 2 pizzas online and when my granddaughter went to pick them up at the scheduled time they hadn’t even started cooking them. She paid for them and then they cooked them. Instead of giving her the 2 pizzas they started selling our pizzas by the piece. She asked them why they were doing that. The he/she that was just threw what was left into a box and threw it at my granddaughter along with the other pizza. The manager was standing there and did nothing to stop this. She brought them home and I asked why 3/4 of one pizza was missing. So I got into my car and went back there and asked “Do yall always sell part of a pizza that someone pays for then throw the other part in a box and expect no one to say anything.” Oh I got my money back. Along with a smart mouth that was the manager. She tried to say my granddaughter brought it off the line there. I told her she was full of it and how she knew that was a lie. Those people were rude and didn’t care at all about the customer. I will NEVER go back there again and im calling the district manager and letting them know just how rude they were and how they tried to pass off a 3/4 of a pizza for a $25 dollar pizza. If you go there, well I wouldn’t. They will only try to cheat you.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We called to order a pizza over an hour in advance and let them know we plan to pick up an hour after calling, leaving plenty of time. We live 30 minutes away and brought our two children with. We get to the store to hear that the did not have our pizza. They had no reason, and told us they were actually getting ready to shut down. The employee that took our order was there, fully admitted to taking the order and simply said he was helping other guests the whole hour and just didn’t make our order. Pizza was good, wings were tender and crispy, service was good. 3 workers were there (a Thursday evening) and were nice, courteous. We ordered online. FYI, even though they ask for payment on the site, this location can’t handle online payments [yet], so I had to pay when I got there. No biggie. It’s a new location which may explain early bad reviews. We will go back. It’s better than other pizza options in the area.

I never leave review but this was the worst experience I’ve had with a pizza place these girls don’t want to work here they don’t care about people’s orders I ordered online never got a notification saying my pizza was ready so I walk into the store and just as I thought no pizza was made the girl I talked to said she was sorry that she would make it for me and would take 8 minutes . ok I said fine and walked away to buy some other things when I come back after 10 minutes the girl I talked to was no longer working she went home and didn’t make my pizza nobody knew about my order once again then they told me they didn’t know how to make the pizza I ordered ( Nashville chicken ) so they had me change my pizza and wait another 15 minutes to finally get a pizza I didn’t chose as my first choice . Terrible experience they really ticked me off

I’ve ordered a couple times before. It’s usually pretty decent pizza and convenient but tonight after ordering online and stopping by to pick up my food 30 mins later the worker says he didn’t refresh his terminal and didn’t see my order come in. I didn’t want to wait another 30 mins for my food so I left. Seems to me like y’alls company to do better to make sure every order is received and made on time. Not sure I’ll be ordering from y’all again.

I would not recommend this to anyone. I ordered my food 1 hour before the requested pick-up time only to come in and, be told that they didn’t even know their was a order for 1:00pm and told me it just went through when clearly they were not checking any online orders at all. On top of that i paid 20 bucks for a pizza that was burnt on bottom and soggy on top and just downright distasteful . I would have rather traveled a much further distance just to go to a little Caesars pizza place to get a much cheaper and, better quality pizza. The experience was terrible. Would not go back.

This is the worst place to call in or order online. I have done both and every time the order has not even been started. So you’ll have to wait 20-30 mins for something you called in or ordered online 30-45 mins ago. If you want just a slice of pizza, you’re fine. They can handle that. Anything more than that you’ll be there forever and you’ll be lucky if it’s correct.
