My mom had an awful experience here. She had a giftcard to Godfather’s pizza and was told in a very rude and condescending manner that giftcards were not accepted as if she should have known. That wouldn’t have been a problem, but my mom was made to feel ashamed she had even asked as if she should have known. She asked to pay with credit card and was mockingly told we don’t take giftcards so of course we can’t accept credit cards. My mom had to go find an ATM to get cash to pay for her pizza, but the worst part was how humiliated she was by how she was treated by the man who appeared to be the manager. In these times it is unusual to not have the option to pay with credit card so any place that doesn’t have the option should make it clear to customers when they place an order over the phone. There is also no need to make a customer feel bad or ashamed for asking reasonable questions. My family will never be returning to this location.

If I had read the other reviews about being cash and check only I would not have placed the order, it is 2022 and Columbus is not a small town. On top of the hassle of having to use their atm, and incurring extra fees for that, they were not pleasant with me when I expressed my dissatisfaction with them not telling me over the phone that cards were not accepted. I was not rude about it I simply said it would have been nice to have been informed of this beforehand, the employee simply said “well everyone knows we only take cash, like all the regulars”. I’m not a regular, I am not from the area, out of town phone number could have been evidence of that. They did not care what I had to say because they already had my CASH in hand. After all that was said and done my kids who love pizza would barely touch theirs, they said it was not very good, I agreed with them.

We ordered a small taco pizza with no sour cream or hot sauce. There was both on the middle of your pizza plus it looked like it has been dumped. The lid stuck to the pizza and pulled them toppings off when I opened it. It least the delivery driver was friendly.

Place is a joke says they deliver but yet everytime you call they lay the phone down and go talk to whomever and them come back and say oh sorry we can’t deliver there were backed up and don’t have enough drivers that’s funny walk in to pick pizza up which was just laying on counter not in a warmer or nothing along with everyone else’s pizza and there’s 6 of you just standing around but yet your so busy……and really cash or check only come on get with the program people
