Highly recommend. Portions were huge, service and prices were good, very chill vibes. The chicken fried steak, pork ribs and the cornbread will bring us back here!

The lunch service was super great. They recently reopened under a new name with a smaller menu.

My first time here and will definitely be back! Specials during the Cowboys games on drinks and appetizers. Multiple TVs to watch any kind of sport event. Ribs are definitely fall off the bone and sides are good. A friend got the largest chicken fried steak I’ve seen and was well worth it!. I know this place has reopened, but worth a go!

Formerly known as Reno Red. Main dining area shutdown. Only Bar area open. Very limited tables & chairs. Some of the Customers sat in the lobby area to eat their lunch. Only one Waitress doing it all (taking orders, drinks,.refills, serving food, cashier, and cleaning tables). My 1st time under Goat and Raven. Simple Burger and Fries. Patty on the outside was burned while inside all pink. Clearly, not medium-well. Clearly overpriced menu because $15 for burger (no cheese) and fries. It’s not worth $15. Dinged on Service because Ownership actions show they cheap to have one person do work of at least 2 (if not 3) people. Had just one glass of water with no ask if I needed a refill. Got the bill before I could ask Dessert so I never bothered. There was no line to get in when I got there, nor when I left. Place is barely open for business.

Excellent food! My party of five dined on a Sunday and they have an extensive selection of beers and specialty drinks. The chicken fried ribeye steak was huge and outstanding. Another person got the ribs and he loved them. The burgers were delicious and all of the sides were fresh and homemade. We’ll definitely be back!

I got the fried deviled eggs. My goodness was that something I was excited about! Lightly fried but the insides, thankfully weren’t hot! Served with a chipotle ranch and some fries onions, this was a great app! Cute little place! I’ll be back for sure! Thanks so much!

I had the brisket and my wife the ribs. They were as good as any BBQ joint and the sides were great as well. We liked the decor and that the building had some history. My only suggestion would be to get more comfortable chairs. That’s why I syntactic one star for atmosphere. Don’t let that stop you! Service was good and so were the mixed drinks. We were part of a large group and they accommodated us! Thanks for a great time.

Reno Reds reincarnated, but with a smaller menu and dining area. Smaller isn’t necessarily bad. Food still good which is the main thing. I’m a fan of the chicken fried ribeye, also had their BBQ (better than that 8 place down the road), son has had the burgers , which he enjoyed. Wife and son both have had the salads with chicken and they really like the ranch dressings. Service good which makes for a more enjoyable dinner.

Went there for lunch this afternoon and I ordered the chopped brisket sandwich and it would have been excellent if every bite I took didn’t have a good size chunk of fat also. The plating underneath me sandwich was weird. It was kind of topsy turvy so trying to cut my daughters chicken or trying to eat anything other than my sandwich I had to fight the plate a bit.

Food, service, and atmosphere are all five stars!! Picked up family at the airport and came to this place because google maps showed they closed an hour later than most places in Roanoke, 10pm, but actually they close their kitchen at 9pm, which is the time we arrived. They re-opened the kitchen and fed us an amazing dinner for 7 people. Absolutely recommend it, and we are definitely coming back.
