The nearest Amtrak station to my friend’s house in Montana was Malta. Before boarding the train, we made a stop at the GN Hotel and Lounge for a light lunch. I opted for the Asian Salad with grilled chicken. It was decent, nothing particularly exceptional, but I was grateful to have a place to grab a bite to eat.

I cannot comment on the actual food since the following happened. While attending a post funeral dinner, i used some off color language(my bad) in our conversation and out of the blue the waitress hit me hard on the top of my head. This hurt and caught completely off guard. A while later I told her I did not appreciate being hit like that. Instead of appoligizing she called me a wimp. I cancelled my dinner and left.
