I used to love this place but today I got to be honest, first the breadsticks had sooo much garlic powder on them we could not eat them, we all had upset stomach and burped garlic all night. And the pizza smelled Soo good so I got 2 slices of pepperoni pizza so disappointed, pepperoni was terrible, raw doughy and very greasy, didn’t taste good at all, I was soi looking forward to the breadsticks but all around a horrible lunch that we threw away and not to mention they charge you 4% just for using your card

Been here twice first time ordered a couple slices for me and my son. Pizza was great slices were huge. Second time they were out of slices so I ordered the whole pie fantastic. Best pizza in Gloversville I found so far.

Ordered breakfast today. Omelette was not cooked thru middle was still raw. I just threw it away.. Very disappointing and a waste of money . We used to love the food. Seems to of gone downhill recently. Won’t be ordering from them again.

This was my second time eating at Mendetta’s and Courtney was our waitress. She was so fun and did a great job taking orders for a group even though they were quite busy with take outs. Every time I bite into their pizza the flavor is so delicious it just melts in your mouth. Great place and they have a wonderful dining room in the back.

I’ve tried a little bit of everything from their subs to pizza and wings to itialian dishes. It’s a tough place to hate, but even tougher place to love. The owner is very nice and works very hard keeping this business firing on all cylinders. But the food is forgettable. When I think of pizza or Italian food, I dont think of Mendettas, and I’ve lived up the block for 5 years.

Ordered breakfast for the family online through a third party. When I got there to pick it up no one could find it or even find that an order had come through at first, no big deal those things happen at times. Finally found the order after a woman that had just came in realized what had happened and I was on my way. Unfortunately the food that we did receive was very mediocre. The french toast is very bland, bacon and pancakes overdone to death. Toast was fine. Part of the sunrise breakfast they offer comes with home fries which we had two orders of, both orders of home fries were forgotten. When my wife called to say so the woman that answered at first tried to argue that she had personally watched those being bagged up and knew for a fact they were in there. Not sure how that’s possible considering the same woman had just told me 10 mins prior that she didn’t know anything about that order as she had come in late and just got there and the gentleman had bagged it up and that’s why no one could find my order at first. Do yourself a favor order from somewhere else, there’s plenty of great options in the area. Needless to say we won’t be back for anything. It’s a shame what this place has become over the years.
