Dinner at Glo Noodle House was such a wonderful surprise during our Denver trip. I am not a ramen (or a hot soup in summer) fan; but my SO loves it. So our last day in Denver I sucked it up and we went.

This place is where you should be. It’s small, and packs a massive flavor bomb. The kimchi ramen is what you deserve in life. The pork belly skewers were great. The hamachi is on another planet. Live your life, get to glo. If there isn’t a 5 star rating the rater probably made a mistake.

Glo Noodle House is a nice place to get a bowl of noodles and top off a day with good food.

Fun and delicious food to share with a large group of friends! Enjoyed the lemon chicken ramen and the yuzu cheesecake. My friends had almost everything on the menu and we had a great time. Thanks!

Five stars all around! The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere. Our server was polite and prompt, and even the other staff members stopped by to check on us. The food came out quickly and the ramen I had was the best broth I’ve ever had.

Five stars might not be enough for this place. The food is better than that. The ramen noodles are among the best I’ve ever had. They aren’t too thin, have a good firm texture and are easy to pick up with chop sticks. Broths we’re all flavorful and the meats and vegetables were paired well and cooked perfectly. We had a bunch of small plates and we’re impressed with each one. Cheeseburger rolls were a fun surprise, the pork belly skewer was amazing, so tender, and the tuna cakes were great too. You can’t go wrong here.

Thought this was great. Very much enjoyed happy hour hand rolls- spicy tuna had good kick. Good sushi rice texture and vinegar. Had bacon miso and shrimp pork tantanmen ramen, both very good. Nice thick and well cooked chunks of porkbelly, nicely cooked egg. Tantantmen was nicely creamy, lightly sweet still spicy. Good amount of noodles well cooked. Also really enjoyed chicken skin yakitori. Crispy with a nice contrasting sauce and acidity. Haven’t had lightly blanched bok choy in a bowl like this before, was a great textural and flavor contrast to richness of broth.

Excellent neighborhood spot for everything from sushi to ramen. Cute decor, friendly service, great cocktails, fantastic sake options, fun appetizers (like the fried octopus in gochujang sauce), fresh sushi, and super flavorful ramen. My favorite was the spicy pork Deathwish ramen (the runny egg was an awesome topping too). And they have gluten-free rice noodles!

Next level, this place is a must go!! The food was top notch, everything was delicious! Started with the himatchi- the sauce was out of the world, pork buns- little pillows of heaven, then was blown away by the fois gras crispy rice. Finished off with the deathwish ramen- perfect spice level that awakens the senses! Glo’s atmosphere matches it’s high quality food, the vibe is so cool from the great music to the awesome bodega & arcade themed bathrooms with thoughtfulness down to the smallest details. The staff was super attentive and everyone seemed liked they loved working there which made the dinner super fun!

Who knew Denver had incredible ramen? I do now. If you like spicy, the Deathwish ramen is the choice for you. It was as a little hot for my taste, but I couldn’t stop eating it and enjoyed every bite of it. This place was recommended to me by a food writer in the city. Awesome food, ambiance and service. Glad we had a chance to visit before leaving town.
