The new location has a lot more space than before. Fortunately the key staff from the former place stayed on through the move. The food and drinks are as good as they ever were. The new staff does need a bit more experience to get to the service level of the “veterans” along with the quality of drinks. The “veterans” have an ability to seamlessly change roles successfully. This is what made the place tick before. They know everyone in my family and make my children and even my grandmother feel special when they walk in the door. I hope this can continue with all of the changes. This staff is amazing!

Sat down and told waiter, no menus, we are ready to order. He didn’t come back for 10 minutes. Gluten-free pizza was strange. While I appreciate that they didn’t use the ‘frozen shell’ and made their own from scratch, the rice flour they used made for an undercooked texture. $13, then an additional $4 for gluten-free? Why? Was the flour organic? Somehow, I doubt it. Parking is also tough. There was an event at a nearby church. Circled 8 times. The GF pizza was not worth it.

Nice place to get an awesome pizza. Every pizza is crafted with a thoughtfully placed array of ingredients that comes together quite nicely. We had the Autumn Harvest pizza. The sweetness of the squash based sauce contrasted by the saltiness of the bacon really added a good amount of depth.

The two stars are because the food is pretty good. My rating is low because of the service we received recently. My husband and I came in around 8:15 pm and were told it would be about a 15 minute wait for a table. The fifteen minutes came and went. Meanwhile, though the tables for two were all occupied, there were three tables for six that sat empty, no “reserved” sign on them, that were made up of a smaller table pushed against a table for four. We couldn’t understand why they couldn’t have pulled one of those tables for two apart a bit and seated us instead of letting us wait and wait. The hostess never came to us to update the situation. One server did, to tell us people would be leaving soon, so we waited more, but by quarter til 9 it seemed pretty obvious they didn’t need to keep those three tables free for larger parties, yet they still weren’t seating us. After waiting half an hour we left, went to Rocko’s a half block away, and had a delicious meal and excellent service.

We go to Gleason’s almost every week. The atmosphere is very nice. Cocktails are especially good. Coconut shrimp, meatballs, and potato soup are our favorites. The pesto pizza was delicious. The staff is great. Look forward to some of the former entrees reappearing on the menu (lasagna).
