We have always loved Glass Nickel pizza. Good food and service. Have given 5 star ratings in the past. So we were very disappointed with our last order. The pizza tops were burned but the crust was soggy! Not at all appealing or tasty. For $52 expected better. Haven’t reordered since. Email in owner response is undeliverable! Really delicious pizza! The crush was light and just the right level of crisp. We had the PORTABELLA LUGOSI and it was very tasty! I don’t think I would plan on eating there again, although the staff was friendly they didn’t seem very set up for people dining in. I will definitely be back for take away though!

First time the experience was not good. According to the delivery receipt order was place at 6:36 PM Saturday the 15th of April and went out for delivery at 6:57 PM along with one other order. Was not delivered until 7:37 PM, about 40 minutes. The thin crust, usually firm if not entirely crisp, was like an overcooked lasagna noodle. Had to move the slices from box to plate with a spatula because the crust was disintegrating. I am beginning to believe tipping in advance is a bad idea because the driver has no incentive to provide good service. Many previous orders were all very good. Probably will give it another try.

We had a small pizza lg salad small salad Mac &cheese and nickel nuggets both salads came with 1 dressing I need another dressing for the large salad and they charge me $1.25 for one dressing which came as a shock had already spent $55.00 for two people and for one more dressing for the large salad there is a cost? Does’t make sense since the small salad came with one you would think the large would come with two. All the food was good but why is the dining room like sitting in an refrigerator ? We have dine in many times and it’s always freezing in the dining room and we had coats on.

Order 2 thin crust pizzas. The pizzas were absolutely paper thin and wasn’t even cut all the way so when you crab a slice it would tear apart. Very disappointed. Then ends of the crust was very chewy. The taste of the pizzas were bland.
