Juan greeted us at the door. He was an excellent host. Seated us and returned with our beverages. It was open seating. My friend had lemonade & I requested hot tea. Then we went through the self serve line to pick our raw meat, veggies, noodles & sauces. The food is cooked on a circular flat griddle and constantly turned and cooked until perfectly done. JoJo cooked our food. He was very pleasant to talk with while he cooked the food. The lunch bowl was very filling. And for $14.95 came with soup, potstickers & rice. The staff was very friendly. Towards the end of our meal another staff member came and checked on us. Her name was Marissa. She was very friendly. You could look into the kitchen from where we were sitting and watch the staff prepare the meat & vegetables for the bar area. They were very efficient & looked like they all enjoyed their jobs. The restaurant is spotless as well as the women’s bathroom. I gave this place 5 out of 5 stars for service, food, cleanliness & friendliness of staff.

The employees were the best part! Very friendly, attentive, happy to help, and on top of keeping the counters clean. Great variety of food and enjoyed being able to make my own plate. The flavor was good but I won’t be a regular here. Good spot every once in a while with big portions but wasn’t crazy about anything in particular to make me want to come back often. Would recommend trying this spot out at least once!

Food was pretty good but I would enjoy my food more if the place is clean and maintained. Everything including bathrooms was dirty so for me I wouldn’t go back unless they took care of their facility.

The food area is small so be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially as the staff works to accommodate needs for increased sanitation. All patrons are asked to use hand sanitizer and wear gloves before entering the food area.

This place feeds my food soul. They are very attentive to my needs and the place is clean and I highly recommend. The only thing bad I can say is how are you guys goes to build a location in Sonora California before you made it to Fresno or my home town Madera. 🙁 other than that I will drive the hour to Turlock to eat here 🙂

Really nice staff! Ladies at the cash register and men on the grill are super friendly. They let you know if it’s going to be a wait and let you sit down at your table while they make your food. The only recommendation I have is maybe having the option of trays while you prepare your food so there isn’t as much food falling out from the bowls onto the floor or sauce spilling. I know it’s kind of inevitable with a cool food preparation like Mongolian BBQ but it can get pretty slippery in the customer’s prep area. Other than that, love this place! Thank you for the great service every-time.

If your asking me about the food. Yes it’s good, a solid 3. Some of the cabbage had black spots so I has pick it out. So inspect the veggies before putting it on your plate. They have tubs of tofu and pineapple that had pieces of other food floating in it. If they focused on cleaning the food area more then I could look past the state of the dining room and the bathroom. Let me just say, wash your hands and nothing more. The bathrooms look like they haven’t been touched since the pandemic started. The dining room also needs some serious maintenance. Since this is a chain I don’t fully blame the workers. But even with these issues, it was full and the food was pretty good. So maybe get it to-go.

Just had our meal to-go but while we were there creating our bowl, the staff were attentive and friendly! We didn’t have to ask for anything extra, they already had everything set in our bag. And the amount of food we got with our meal was worth it! I haven’t had a great experience in a while with customer service so they really stood out for me. Keep it up!
