If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the chicken kebab dinner. The chicken was so dry and the fries tasted like cardboard. For $16 I would also expect to get a bigger portion. It didn’t matter though since it ended up in the trash. Was a horrible dinner experience.

I do not normally write reviews but this one I felt needed to be done. I actually wish I could give zero stars. I categorize myself as a patient person and am very sympathetic, understanding, and reasonable to service workers. But if you are going to offer delivery for food and the food does not get delivered until almost TWO HOURS after ordering it, you as a business should not be offering delivery as a service as you clearly cannot accommodate it. almost two hours on a food delivery order is unacceptable. Your “ETA” of arrival should simply state anywhere between open to close if this is the type of service this location is offering. This entire practice is misleading your customers and the fact you are charging delivery fees, convenience fees, and even remotely thinking of asking for a tip is plain and simple ripping a customer off. To top it off, the food that took almost 2 hours to get here was undercooked, and cold, and should be ashamed to even be associated with what I ordered. This transaction was the equivalent of lighting my money on fire. Never again. This place used to be decent, whenever it was sold to these new owners it has been nothing but terrible.

Ordered 2 chicken kabob salads, ($25) sat there ignored for 30 minutes…my food was sitting on the pick up area. Tiny amount of chicken. Then to top it off drove home and there was no house dressing….grrrrr. That’s the only reason I go to Giovanni’s.

Love the super beef that’s why I go here. Was disappointed with the pizza roll for almost 4 dollars it was smaller than an egg roll. The small and medium fry were just about the same size. All in all it was good, but I’ll only get the super beef when I go. If you eat in just warning you the chairs are loud when they scrape across the floor, people don’t lift them up they scrape them across the floor it’s worse than nails down a chalkboard. They really should put padding on the bottoms.

So rude. The lady at the counter, who I won’t name because I don’t want to shame her, which is more than she deserves, was absolutely rude. No greeting, very short and abrupt, no thank you and her tone was awful. I will not be eating there again while she works there, even though the food was good.

We had a large order, was told it would be 20 minutes-took 45 minutes. The girl was asked to double check to make sure everything was there. When we got home, we were missing a side salad and a sub. The blt sub had 2 pieces of bacon. Onion rings were big with the outer layer still on. We’ll go back to the Londonderry Giovanni’s from now on. So disappointing as we often went to the Hooksett one.
