This was the second time we have dined in at the proctorville location. Both times we have been there all the tables were dirty and they do not offer to clean them. Also with dining in it would be nice to get some flatware to eat with. Spent 15 minutes standing at the counter while the workers were having a gab fest in the back. Won’t return to this location

Absolutely better then the Giovanni’s pizza in Chesapeake by far.. Employees were really polite and nice.. I will start using this place and would recommend them to everyone I know. Honestly people don’t read the bad reviews cause I’m telling you they are the best pizza around I promise you that!!!!

Good pizza usually. 2 stars because my mother ordered and was made fun of on the phone by a teenage employee because my mother has an accent, and there were other girls in the background also laughing. Her English is perfectly understandable, but even if you cannot understand, it is completely unacceptable to treat her the way they did. I took the phone to order instead and there was no apology over the phone or when we went to pick it up, and then the order was wrong anyway. Will not be coming here again.

Spend 45 on a pizza, small cheesesticks and 18 wings only to get it home and all be raw. Call back and said they can mail us a coupon for 1/2 off 18 wings next time we ordered. My boyfriend checked pizza after I called about wings and its still raw dough as well. So he takes it back. They was not friendly and more concerned with their phones and not us customers. Will “remake” but do not offer refunds. We used to be frequent patrons. Will never eat there again.

Called to place an order & was put on hold, which was not hold because we could hear a male employee bragging to a female about how he was rude to a previous customer. We continued to “wait” and listen until finally another call came in & we were disconnected. Management needs to offer more training to these young people because their behavior has not only cost a customer, but unfavorable opinion to share with their other customers.
