The food is good but when I called to order the automated message said if I used their app I would get 20% off my first order. So I downloaded the app, created an account and placed my order. No discount code was given. When I picked up the order the staff said they didn’t know anything about 20% off and would not honor the discount. The dining room/buffet is still closed because of short staffing.

Extremely disappointed in the Georgetown Ky location, not satisfied even a little. I was so mad that i gave it to my dog. Not what I wanted, tried ordering 2 philly steak and cheese, even ordered extra meat and cheese. I had it delivered, it ended up being 2 steak hoagies ( not good at all so i fed them to my dog). I called the store only to be told they have no control on mistakes made from the website and there’s nothing that they can do and to have a good day.

I love this place and how easy it was to order through the app. Food is great and have never been disappointed. Until tonight, when I tried to place an order of around $40. When I went to select payment type, the cash option is no longer available. I get that people may order and never show up,…but I don’t use my credit or debit card EVER to order food. This is why Giovanni’s and Pizza Hut we’re my only options,. They allow cash orders.

I recently moved to Georgetown and was looking for good pizza for delivery. Giovanni’s was a great pick! Delivery time was good. Pizza was so yummy! I ordered garlic bread and was expecting the big pieces and when I opened the box they were minis!!! Which is so cute and even better lol. I ordered the cinna-stixs and i’m not sure where the cinnamon part comes in to play because they were kind of just bread sticks with icing. Still pretty good though. Will definitely order again!

Food was great, ordered approximately $100.00 worth of food, took it to father-in-law’s hr away just to find out pizza wasn’t what we ordered it was missing half of the toppings but everything else was spot on.

I liked the pizza more than my husband. I did enjoy the special of a 19 in pizza and two sides for $25. The pizza was huge and they cut it in squares which made it easier to eat. They have a convenient drive-thru as well.

It’s hit or miss here. Delivery is good and reliable but the pizza sometimes just tastes off like rubbery. Idk there are only two Giovanni’s I’ve tasted the rubbery style pizza at and it’s here in Georgetown and then there’s on in Lexington’s that’s disgusting. And the cheese sticks r usually amazing & it’s just off here. Idk texture is off

Tried to go here for dinner today, wanted a sit down meal. They have a buffet option that I was thinking about trying out. We get there and there is a sign on the door stating they are NOT open to the public. Wait, what?? No mention of this on the website, nor in the google search.
