This place was changed owners not too long ago, and today was my first visit since the changing of the guard. Gotta say, well done! Place looks way better, the service is great, the menus have been upgraded, and the food is delicious!

First time I’ve ordered from here in a while and probably won’t be again for a while. We didn’t receive our onion rings and over half the mushrooms were burnt. How do you burn half and not the rest??? Bread on the ham and cheese didn’t taste right either. Very disappointed!!!

I was super excited that Giovanni’s had reopened. Until I went for the 1st visit under the new owners. Over $5 for an order of breaded mushrooms. So I assumed it would be around the same portions as the previous owners. NOPE. We got like 10 breaded mushrooms for $5 which I believe to be RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Our family were regular customers of this place for YEARS. This past visit under the new owners will be our LAST. You are better off the go to the grocery store and buy your own frozen food rather than buying the same exact frozen food at a super inflated price at Giovanni’s.

Giovanni’s has always been fantastic in the past and I was so excited to be in town to get it. But today wasn’t the case with my to go order which I didn’t realize until I got it out. My pizza sub was amazing but my salad was nothing but 95% lettuce, a few onion pieces and a little cheese. Where are the bacon bits and ham? Genuinely disappointed.

Giovannis is a restaurant staple to the Town of Richlands, Va. A restaurant that has withstood the changing times, and has progressively stayed open and on top of the ever so changing logistics when it comes to any franchised restaurant.

Very pleased with food I recommend the baked spaghetti and salad with garlic cheese bread. Their pizza (ultimate) are the best in area. Definitely recommend.

Horrible. Took two hours to make… Pizza and cheese sticks were cold… Steak subs aren’t even steak? It’s some sort of process meat like you would get in a tv dinner. Overpriced. Absolute rip off. Never again.

Rusty Hess who now owns giovannis is one of the most rude people I’ve ever seen in my life! He has no customer service morals at all! I will NOT ever get food here again! Learn to speak respectfully and maybe you wouldn’t lose all your workers and customers. You do not deserve my money or my time. I’m just writing this review because I want to save other people from being talked to so rudely. You will be lucky if giovannis doesn’t shut down because of how you treat people. Most disrespectful person I’ve ever met. I honestly thought about asking for my money back. You’re lucky I didn’t want your workers making the food for nothing because they wasn’t rude to me. If I could give zero stars I would! On top of this I asked for no peppers or onions and a bunch of ranch. They gave me French dressing NOT ranch! It’s full of peppers and onions so now I can’t even eat it! That’s ok karma will get them. I know they did it on purpose which is ridiculous! Its sad you can’t go to a restaurant and get what you asked for even! I don’t know how else to warn all of you but DO NOT GO HERE! It’s awful!
