I waited a hour for two Italian subs and cheese fries. I ordered my food online and while I waited in the restaurant 4 people ordered in the restaurant and received their food before me. Finally someone asked what I was waiting for. I told him and he said oh it’s right here. I asked how long it had been sitting there for. He said oh I don’t know. I asked if the fries were still warm. He said he didn’t know but could put them back in the oven. I wasn’t sitting in your uncomfortable booths for another mint. I took my food and left. Guess what, fries were cold.

Look I don’t care if they have anything that’s even remotely good on the menu other than pizza, but they are known for their pizza, so I thought that would be the best thing there. Nope, hell no. The people who give 5 stars are obviously not hard to please and do not have a strong palette for food. They are like toddlers with chicken nuggets. It mind as well be a cordon bleu feast to them. I got a simple pepperoni and cheese pizza and it was so awful. The crust was flimsy and tasted like cardboard, somehow the cheese had no flavor whatsoever, and it was so greasy. I have a pizza stone at home, so I thought maybe that would crisp up the pizza and it did, but it still tasted like garbage. The delivery man was pleasant and actually came on time, and usually the staff there inside the restaurant are too, but I have given this place way too many chances to be at least average, and they are beyond poor. Central Pennsylvania seriously needs some good restaurants and Giovanni’s is definitely not one of them.

Recommend! Full menu of quality food for a fair price. Wide variety of specialty pizza + salads + subs+ sandwiches + wraps + dinners+ etc. Variety of beverages + dessert options. Clean and spacious dine-in area. Convenient location.

I’ve eaten here several times. Each meal was very good. I particularly recommend the spaghetti with meatballs and the subs. Tell them if you’re dining in, as they assume take out.

They are usually on point but tonight’s pizza was off way off gonna have to think things out. I am disappointed smelled funny and bad after taste. I’m sad

They have the very best cheese steaks ever!! I always have them add pepperoni to mine they have great service and always help me get my food to the car because I am handicap

I absolutely love their pizza as well as their subs. The menu is quite extensive, but I haven’t found that to affect the quality like some other places with a large menu.

Ordered from a flyer in the hotel for delivery. Was timely, within an hour, and greeted with a smile and decent food. The habanero wings and the lamb gyro were very good. The styrofoam containers need to be replaced in opinion for health reasons. Would order from again and recommend.
