So bummed! Coming here for years and the service has gone down. Not busy and waited 1 hour for pizza. Had to check on the order. It was in the warmer. They reheated and burned it. Waiting for the pizza again! 4 young and hungry children. To top it off, they close soon and want us to take it to go. Boo Giovanni’s, you can do better. And take a moment to clean a table.

This is the Land Park area right off of Fruitridge Rd. It is next to the Post Office and on the other side is Florez Bar n Grill, a Mexican restaurant. Very tasty New York style pizza served here. Room for large groups or parties. Plenty of parking outside.

As a rule I don’t generally leave negative reviews. I just never go back. Given that my family and myself have frequented this Giovanni’s location for quite some time I do feel compelled to make a critique from the top down. I haven’t been here personally since before covid, so I have to ask if this place has changed hands? We came here for dinner, a rotisserie chicken and salad. I called in ahead to order a chicken and was told they pull them out at 5pm. We were there by about 4:45pm. The people were nice but seriously lacking in customer service. We let them know we placed an order for a chicken. They didn’t ask for name. They instructed me to use their payment portal which looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned all day. Also, the portal asked for a tip, pre service. Which is already a red flag… And I work in the service industry. After I paid, the employee just walked away without communicating anything about my food. Didn’t even hand me drink glasses. We sat down and waited for our food… Which should have been hot. We were served cold chicken. No salad no drink glasses. I had to inform them then that were are missing items. Several minutes go by. The chicken was not only cold, it had no flavor. Not what I’m used to from this establishment. Their chicken always has a really good rub, and nice crispy skin. The meat was greyish looking. We did not eat the majority of our food. I also noticed the tables had not been wiped down, the front door was not clean and the pizza warming box was continuously open with people walking by. It was never shut the entire time I was there. I used to know of the owners and the people who worked there. A few of them were my own clients was I worked in the complex. I don’t recognize anyone there now. At just around midnight my dining companion informed me they were ill. I can no longer endorse Giovanni’s and I nor my family will be returning.

Very slow making my order. Took almost 45 minutes. For a $30 large pizza hardly had any toppings. Basically crust and sauce dripping off. Hardly any cheese ol and even less meatballs. They literally cut two meatballs in pieces and sprinkled them on a large pizza. Total disappointment.

came to this pizzeria last may and have been dreaming about it ever since. i actually first stumbled here because of work, but came back on a weekend we caught some rivercats baseball. anyway, this is my first time leaving a review but i want to because this place was *THAT* good! for people complaining about service and/or doordash, don’t be fooled by a rare occurrence or doordash’s mishandling of everything (seriously, don’t use doordash… ever).

Do not go here.Avoid at all costs if you want your stomach to remain intact.I got food poisoned and my food was extremely burnt.They also don’t greet or talk to you if you look a certain way.Maybe the burning of the pizza was done on purpose.When I arrived I watched them check my pizza but didn’t take it out although it was ready.The pizza is burnt all around and is inedible but they still sold it to me.
