Went for lunch. Dinning room wasn’t open but they still served us on the patio! The food was great! The staff was exceptional! The pepperoni wheel was excellent! There is no picture because it didn’t last long enough!

Giorgio’s Pizza Place is a gem for pizza enthusiasts. Their menu boasts a wide array of delectable pizzas with tantalizing toppings. The service is friendly, and the cozy ambiance enhances the dining experience. The generous portions and affordable prices make it a fantastic value. I have been a Giorgio’s customer for a long time & their food is awesome, however, they have gotten sloppy with their orders. A few weeks back I placed an order for delivery that included a white pizza with spinach. When I opened the pizza there was no spinach. I let it go. Tonight, my order was for pickup – an order of their famous rigatoni rustica & an order of chicken franchise with angel hair pasta but what I got was chicken with mushrooms bacon & broccoli in pink sauce without any rigatoni or any kind of pasta in it & chicken franchise over penne. So now I have to open the bag & check the order like you do at McDonalds? Time to walk away.

I Reallllllly liked the meatballs in my meatball hero, but the bread wasnt as robust as I would have liked. The taste if a meatball and the consistancy of the meatball along with the gravy are much more important than the bread. I only wish there was a bit more texture and crust on the bread.

Not the place to go. I’ve been to Gino’s and Little Vincent’s but today coming from the Smithtown area I noticed Giogio’s. The staff was pleasant and engaging. I ordered a eggplant slice and a regular. The regular slice was poorly made as the slice broke in half as I folded it. The dough was not cooked enough so the slice stretched out and plopped onto the plate. 1.5 out of 10. Sad! The eggplant slice was probably old as it did not fold at all but broke like old bread. Another 1.5 out of 10. I didn’t mention it to the staff , the young lady at the counter was pleasant and probably has little to do with the quality. Prior to leaving, while heading to the restroom my phone rang. Since I view it as rude to stand in the middle of the counter area I answered the call(from a client) and stepped through the threshold into the sit down dining area. While addressing the call a male staff member came over without a greeting and mentioned that the area was closed. Pointedly rude and quick. I continued towards the restroom and completed the call. I engage daily in a high customer service arena so I was a bit taken back by this interaction. Prior to leaving asked who the male staff member was. While asking the same person walked over. I asked him if he was a manager or owner. He confirmed himself to be Steve the owner. He mentioned that the area I was in had many items out and about. There was no open food or obvious items to contaminate. I guess as a clean shaven 64 yo male I must have looked as though I would steal the silver ware?? Steve should be more concerned as to the poorly cooked products he serves and a lack of freshness than new customers finding comfort. That was my first and certainly my last stop at Giorgio’s. My children, grandchildren and extended family live in this area and have been advised to steer clear. Save yourself from a poor performing pizza place and don’t go here. Gino’s is the spot and is a few hundred feet away. Steve 0 out of 10!!!

To be fair, I have only eaten from this pizzeria as take out/ delivery so I will not review the in house dining section. I think for the price and the quality of food served this is the best pizzeria in the area. There are a few competing but all fall short in comparison. The food is always good and I have eaten from here many times with no complaints. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. You can also get large party trays and platters should you want that as well. I have ordered trays of chicken parm and ziti with meatballs. All good quality and reasonably priced. If you have not tried Giorgio’s I would highly recommend them.
