I had a delightful experience at Giordano’s recently. The highlight was their scrumptious veggie deep dish pizza – a medley of fresh vegetables atop a perfectly baked crust. The takeout process was impressively smooth; my order was ready promptly, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The delicious pizza and hassle-free takeout make Giordano’s a spot I’ll happily return to for a satisfying meal.

We love this location–service is good and the pizza is ALWAYS great. However, we just ordered take out last night & I couldn’t believe how expensive my wife’s salad was. She ordered the entrée size (which was TINY) with chicken and it came to $17. Not to mention that the added chicken amounted to half a dozen cube sized pieces–maybe the equivalent to half a chicken breast, at most. And all for $17. Won’t make that mistake again.

The ambience is “portillos meets mall”; chairs are particularly cold, ugly and uninviting, tables are too small; too loud (15 foot un-sounddampened ceilings); the pizza is mediocre – nothing like we’ve come to expect from Giordanos with some weird spice that smacked of anise. The Italian beef was inedibly salty and served with the wrong peppers (it’s banana peppers guys not whatever you cut up and served that was the wrong flavor and far too hot) – the beef looked like the scraps found at the bottom of the container with stingy portion. I don’t relish leaving this review.

My mother my sister and husband walked in for a late dinner, didn’t realize that it was promotion night for several junior high schools around the area. The place was pretty busy. The hostess advised us at the beginning that there will be a long wait, and that they were short staffed, and only had one server, she was very polite and I’m glad she let us know that ahead of time and we did decide to stay. We did a pre-order so that we weren’t waiting too long for our pizza which was a great idea then we were seated our server was Nicholas. He was very patient considering he had tons of tables and he was all by himself. He’s very kind friendly, and did come back on several occasions to check how we were doing he deserves the upmost respect for how he handles such a busy night all by himself. Actually, the whole staff deserves round of applause for a what they did.
