The lady up front with(white)glasses work on night shift. They sold me some smelly old chicken. The chicken had really bad odor went and told them but would say that chicken was fine and i was trying to get free food. Please stay away from this place. I ain’t never going back there. What a disappointment. Just ordered 5 large pizzas for my son’s birthday party. Ordering and delivery were great. When I opened the boxes to feed over 20 hungry boys, 3 out of the 5 pizzas were burnt. I was so embarrassed to serve the food and felt awful! Bless these boys for not complaining. My husband called after we got home to let them know this was unacceptable. The customer service was beyond terrible. They did not offer any reasonable refund or coupon for a later time. The guy told my husband to bring back the pizza if he wanted 3 new ones. My husband had to explain why he didn’t call earlier and remind him that we had the food delivered. This guy’s tone was disrespectful to a customer that just spent over $100.00 on pizza. Instead the guy on the phone yelled at my husband and hung up on him. Unacceptable and disappointed.
