I ordered delivery, repeated my entire order. Confirmed it before hanging up. Waited 90 minutes and it wasn’t here. Called back politely and they said it was in the way. I called back another hour later and the manager informed me my order was thrown away. I wouldn’t be receiving it. The employee wouldn’t be punished at all. The manager didn’t care to make it right or that my child and I were now not eating dinner tonight. I will never order there again and been a regular for over 20yrs. Worst management I’ve ever dealt with.

Ordered 6 teriyaki and 6 garlic wings. I got 12 hot wings. Check your order before you leave. Money down the drain as I can’t do hot sauce.

Place has really gone downhill in the last year. Gave them another shot this weekend and was disappointed to say the least. Ordered $55 worth of food and after they screwed up the wings we ordered (plain with sauce on the side, because they were SHARED by two people) one of the workers got upset and mouthy (“who puts sauce on the SIDE?!”) which didn’t help. Pizza was disgusting.

We have ordered pizza from them on a regular basis. Called to get the delivery, know the don’t deliver to our address. Was even told they normally don’t deliver to our address. After doing it for 5 years. I guess we are no longer a valued customer to the Louisville location.

Was told 25-minute pickup on 2 LG pepperoni and Jo’s. Got there, and roughly 8 employees are just standing around eating and laughing it up. They hadn’t even started my ticket. Waited about until they found it ( it looked like only 3 orders were tickets), then they started making and told me 8 minutes in the oven. Lady cutting pizzas was very nice and apologized. They just need to manage staff better. It’s very chaotic, and hopefully, the one with 2 inch acrylics isn’t making food

Ordered take out, they gave our pizzas to the wrong people, they remade our order as fast as the oven allowed, pizza was still really good, chicken and jojos were cold tho because of the mix up

Order food, door was wide open bc was bring boxes in. Have 2 dogs who barks when someone comes to the door. No one came, missed a called no message called the store. They wanted to deliver our cold food to us bc it was our fault. Wouldn’t make it over. Bad customer service. Will be calling corporate.

As far as the food is concerned it’s great but the staff very unprofessional.The last 2 times I’ve been in there the same girl at the register has cashed out the wrong order. The last several times I’ve been in there or tried to call people eating while you are trying to pay or called them and no answer .
