I give them a 5 for food and service. But please stop with the 3 percent service charge for credit cards. This is a cost of doing business no different than electricity or gas. The whole concept is that you do infinitely more business by accepting credit cards than you would do if you were cash only. Next time this happens anywhere I’m reducing my tip by the amount of the service charge. How about doing something that’s not punitive like a discount for paying with cash instead of a penalty for using a card? Try declaring that you only accept cash for a week or two and see where your sales go.

After four years living in Canfield and scores of pizzas, Gionino’s is absolutely the best. If you’re a pepperoni fan, recommend ordering double-pepperoni unless you’re getting a lot of other toppings (that actually applies to any of their toppings which can sometimes be a little light.) The thin crust pizza is a perfect thickness (if you like thin crust); a little thicker than Pizza Hut).

Just stood at the front for over 15 minutes and no one even came up from the back. Finally another person in line went around the desk to get their attention. He was just standing back there talking while 3 people were waiting up front to pick up their orders. All of which were ready for pick up. Very annoyed. Also the jojo’s are absolutely disgusting! What a waste of $10.

WOW!!! If I could give this place more stars I would, I drive truck and deliver all over Ohio and when I seen that Gionino’s was opening up close by I knew I wanted to try it. I have heard from many of my customers that the food was good, but they lied! the food was amazing and delicious and a few more words I can’t Express. This will definitely be our go to place in the future . We bought 4 large pizzas and 1 small plus wings all for less than $80.00. Thank you all for your fast and courteous service, especially being a Friday night and the wonderful food.

Website states they close at 10 pm yet I was not able to place an order for delivery @ 8:50 pm because it said the store was closed. I tried changing it to Carry Out and it still said the store was closed. I called and was told they are doing pizza orders only and pick up only since they were closing soon. Over an hour before a scheduled close time and not able to make items other than pizza?

My first time having gionino’s was in lake Milton over a decade ago. I’ve always liked them ever since. I recently checked out this location. Overall the food was great. However my order was messed up. When I picked it up they forgot to give me half of it so I had to ask for it. I was given a different pizza than I ordered and they gave me the wrong salad. Other than that everything was good.
