First of all the pizza was cold. I had called at 4:30 for a 5:30 pickup but obviously the pizza was already prepared early so it was cold when I arrived at 5:40pm.

Highly disappointed. I usually get my pizza and wings from Streetsboro but decided to get it from the Hudson location. I asked for crispy wings and well let’s just say that they are not all near crispy and they’re not very good and I’m not quite sure what it is. The buckeye wings are usually to die For in these are me eating them to not waste my money. Pizza is a little bit overdone but it’s the wings that threw me

I was unable to drive due to personal reasons but was craving pizza. Brandon went above and beyond and got me me pizza delivered after they closed. He even brought me a bonus treat of a brownie for me being patient. 5 star employee. Give Brandon a raise please!!!

our pizza wasn’t cooked at all. This is the most undercooked pizzas I have ever gotten. Most of the dough was still raw. I shouldn’t have to spend $25 on a pizza I’m just gonna have to recook.

We order from Gioninos in Hudson fairly frequently. We ordered 2 antipasta salads and as I was eating it, I discovered that I was chewing on a piece of freshly chewed neon green gum that was almost the same color as the lettuce. We called the store to speak to the manager, and we were told there was no way this came from them because they don’t allow their employees to chew gum so they blamed it on their supplier. We do not chew this kind of gum, and it was freshly chewed so doubt it came from a supplier. They offered us an $8 credit for the salad. We are so grossed out and disappointed in how this was handled.

Gionino’s is our favorite chain pizza in the Cleveland/Akron area. Having said that, my experience is that the product is a bit inconsistent, where sometimes you’ll get an awesome pie that’s loaded with toppings, and the next time you’ll get one that’s not much better than Domino’s or Pizza Hut. Their online ordering system won’t recognize our work address for some reason, and the inconsistency in pricing and promotions across locations (and ordering technology) can be frustrating. The loyalty program at one location doesn’t translate to the others since they are run by individual franchisees. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the pizza at all, but some better quality control and corporate support/policies would be nice.

Ordered pizza chicken and jojos. Pizza was raw dough under the toppings. Totally inedible. Called the store to ask for another one and the manager was rude and condescending. She even suggested it was raw due to my topping selection. She wasn’t aware that I ordered the exact same pizza last week and it was fine. We eat pizza every Friday. Don’t order your pizza here. Order it elsewhere.

I have been ordering from the Gionino’s in Hudson for a long time and never had an issue. This past Saturday I was delivered the wrong wings and Libby at the store handled my issue on the spot. My son only eats wings, and this was a busy Saturday night and Libby still apologized and sent the correct wings out right away. My son was able to still eat with us and she saved our night!! Thank you Libby!!!!!
