Good food good service good bunch of good fellas but the one foreign guy there is very rude towards his employees and customers. I had an order messed up and I took it back and he treated me as if I were dumb like I didn’t know what I ordered so I just left. I’ve heard him mumble some racist stuff to the staff and threats. I believe he is a manager or something he definitely doesn’t deserve to be in charge of people he can’t respect or treat fairly.

Horrible experience!!! Ordered online. Went to pick it up about 30 min later and was told it would be another 30 min. Went back after another 30 min and they didn’t have all my order. Forgot to make my calzone and gave me garlic butter instead of Marinara with bread sticks. So I had to wait another 30 minutes. They were not even busy and the dining room was empty. Worst experience to date

Good food, big portions, reasonably timed service. Cleanest public toilet I’ve seen this side of the Ohio River.

My brother left a $75 e cig here a few weeks ago and one of the staff put it up for us. But when we went to get it they said someone had taken it. Took days for them to look at the cameras and when they did they said they can’t see anything ( keep in mind it was under the register so the only people who could have taken it was one of the employees). You would think they would want to know who was stealing. I wouldn’t eat there and if u do don’t take anything valuable cause u walk off and forget it and u will never see it again!!!!!

Ordered online as usual. Normally 30 minutes thought I was running late at 40 minutes. Gave me my pizza said it would be a few on my subs and wings. Sat for 30 minutes before I went back through the pick up window. Waited another 5 minutes, pizza was thoroughly cold, wings were wrong and half the fries were cold and the rest were overly cooked. Only 3 young guys working on an extremely busy Friday night. Worst trip to Gino’s ever!

I ordered chicken salad +extra cheese+ add bacon. I paid $11 to have no chicken, a little bit of stringy lettuce and a huge chunk of lettuce core. Very disappointing.

the pizza is good. the pubwiches r good. they do good for only have two ppl working most the time. which usually r a driver and the store person. foodservice is the ultimate job. all u haters need to try it sometime before u judge. then u might say hmm 10 minutes or 15 wasn’t really that long after all.
