I love Gino’s food when employees are feeling up to even dealing with customers or can get them to answer phones to place an order. The service suckz beyond my comprehension, its one of the worst I’ve ever had and its been consistently terrible. If you want to order please do so fairly early because an hour before the advertised closing time the doors are usually locked and phone will not be answered, service again sucks but food is great when one can get it.

Horrible experience had a 42$ order that was all wrong was told it would be 35-40 mins for delivery took a hour and a half and the delivery driver deliberately lied about total amount to get himself a 5$ tip. I saw the receipt an realized immediately he had lied and when I called to talk to a manager no answer and it was 30 mins before close and still today can’t get ahold of anyone. Would not recommend this store to anyone!!!

While the food is good the service at this particular location not so much. We live about twenty minutes away so decided we’d call and place our order, no answer. Called multiple times with no results. Okay maybe their busy at this particular time. Upon arriving at the establishment found that there was at least five employees and a lot of conversation among them selves. Not a lot of work. Might have been our last trip here.

I ordered a pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. When I got my delivery, you can tell that it was dropped because the toppings were stuck to the top of the box and pasta half out of the container. I called them, and they said that they would put it in the computer that it was Going to be comped next order. Well, whoever was supposed to put it in and didnt. I was told because it wasn’t put in the computer that was supposed to be fixed next time I called. Well, I was flat out denied in my order wasn’t replaced. Will never order from this place again they’re liars and don’t know how to keep customers happy
