We order pizza here every year that we come to the Berkshires for vacation. The pizza is delicious. Toppings abundant and spread well, crust just right. The place isn’t the ritz, but it’s a downtown pizza joint in a rural town. If you want someone to smile at you, sure, go somewhere else, but if you like delicious pizza you’ll get that here.

The food is excellent, like always, but when it comes to service, it definitely needs improvement. The only main downside of this place is that nobody there is friendly. Sitting on your phone and ignoring customers. Not saying hello. (Examples)

Tried the special Gino pizza.. lucky I ordered a small because no one really liked it. And on top of that I also tried their buffalo wings which weren’t bad and their seafood combo was okay to say. Service was not bad… but wished the pizza tasted better. A lot more varieties that I haven’t try.

Things That Work
First experience today. Ordered subs (chicken cutlet and chicken parm) abd they were outstanding. The order took a bit to make, but everything was so good, fresh and tasty , I suspect the chicken was breaded right there. The bread was perfect and such a rare treat…not the run of the mill grinder roll! Moving our party pizza order tomorrow from our usual place to these guys with confidence that will be great too.
