I came to Connecticut from DC. Tired from work yesterday, I decided to order pizza. The wait was long. Pizza was dropped off. The pizza was over cooked, crust was hard. I would not recommend anyone to buy the food there. I called the store, they told me I could not bring pizza back for refund. Worst customer service ever. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Ordered for the 1st time. Was worried cause we are in Middletown thinking there is a chance of food being cold. That was not a issue. We Ordered 3 pizza’s 2 hot grinders and 20 wings. Everything was great,hot fresh, bread for grinders was amazing wings great. I ordered the bacon steak and cheese it was loaded. Sweet chili wings were great and big. Literally ordering again tomorrow to try more of there food. Big menu. Great job!!

Pizzas were ok. The bottom was kinda cardboard like. I ordered online to my hotel and had to tip and pay a delivery fee before my Pizzas even arrived. Then I got a phone call from the delivery person and they made me get shoes on, walk out of the hotel and get my Pizzas which were sitting in the dirty trunk of his car with a bunch of junk while he was just chilling in the vehicle.

Ordered a couple pies and some moz sticks,after traveling all day and overall we are just really disappointed in the quality and taste. My S/O, who will eat just about anything, had difficulty eating the pizza and made the comment about how greasy it was, and how the dough just really didn’t have flavor. I have to agree and add that the dough was tough, and both pies looked as though they had a rough delivery ride. Now it may be just an off day, but after years of being away from the region and looking forward to a good slice of pizza, again it was disappointing especially for the price we paid, which is on the pricier side considering they were both small pizzas. The chances of us ordering again are very low.

My last experience with Ginos left me disappointed .I was more than unhappy and dissatisfied with the food I received,I was totally disgusted with the service given by Leo” over the phone for a total of 4x.I ordered a Margarita Pizza it came with curdled cheese across my pie.It looked unappetizing,and tasted the same.My other was sm.ck alfredo pizza though it was extremely dry and hard as a rock,very little ricotta,no alfredo,No oil,lots of spinache(we threw it out)It wasnt the one I complained about.I called immediately and spoke to this employee who apoeared to be …I had to continuously repeat myself as he in a dead monotone voice apologized while insisting that that is how mozzarella is supposed to be.I told him I didnt want it and was more than willing to bring it back,I was not paying for this.He told meWait not necessary 3x he would explain to the owner and have him call me.Each time I called back I conveniently missed,”Gino”Right up until closing.It is the last time I order there and that goes for the five regular customers who were now going without dinner.Shame on the your staff,maybe Gino needs to keep a better eye out on his business. AS I Stated the other pie went in the trash as well as this one.Before deciding to write this ,i then dug these four slices out.

Ordered 4 slices if pizza, the dude said they are 3 a piece, charged me 16, screwed me with a smile on his face. I could have gotten a whole pie, I was naive, he took advantage. And the pizza was dry, terrible. Smh
