I don’t think I’ve ever written a review on a restaurant. We get takeout pizza from here on a regular basis. The staff is always incredibly nice and professional. The pizza is excellent and our favorite. So, we did takeout tonight and I had a horrible experience when I picked it up. I was treated like I was an inconvenience and was treated very rude when I was just simply waiting on my salad at the counter and then when I had to go back in and ask for the dressing I asked for. I am overly nice anytime I’m in there. I didn’t mind waiting on the salad after I got the pizza. I didn’t mind that the wrong dressing was in the bag. I almost felt like I was needing to apologize for calling in an order and actually wanting a certain dressing for my $4 small salad that I got with our pizzas. What is super disappointing and confusing is that it was the manager/owner I guess that was treating me this way! ALL of the other staff there was amazing as usual and it was almost awkward how short he was being with me. They kind of stepped in and smoothed it over. I don’t need overly nice or bubbly but I don’t want to feel like I’m a problem for being in there to pick up food and ask for the correct thing that I ordered. It was almost like the Seinfeld soup episode; like i needed to beg for food and apologize for being there. I don’t think I can go back in there. I can’t stand being treated that way as a customer. We are regular customers. Maybe he had an awful day. Maybe I came in at a bad time. I just can’t believe the owner is like that to customers and all the staff are amazing and have some of the best customer service skills I’ve ever encountered. Anyway, I hope they see this and try not to make other customers feel the way I felt today.

Came to try it from Marshall based on the reviews. Dry, overcooked chicken, inflexibility on the menu (was told no substitutions even when I was happy to pay the difference). Serving is a little on the small side. Should have just drove the extra 10mins to Olive Garden.

Great Italian place in little Hallsville, Texas. The staff were very, very, nice. The waitress was very attentive also. She checked on us, and made us feel welcome. The food was very good, and reasonably priced. All in all, a very good experience. We will be back!

Nice little restaurant. Very clean and orderly. Food was good, only problem I found was the salad had been frozen; and when the artichoke and shrimp dip came out it was served with rolls. This makes the bread soggy and very messy. Other than those small problems, service was good!

I have gotten Gino’s takeout twice since they opened. I was not a fan of the chicken parm (though it looked nice). The chicken was a processed chicken patty/fillet- I threw it out as it was spongy. For a $13 dinner I expected better quality ♀️. The spaghetti with it was pretty good and the portion was large. Today I had the lasagna and it was very good which is why I gave 4 stars but be warned about the chicken parmigiana.

I got the seafood combo 2 and that sauce was awesome! Fried ravioli was crispy and their house salad looked fresh and tasted amazing with their house dressing! Service was quick and filling. Would definitely go again!

The White Pizza is definitely worth a try here. The Chicken Fettucinne Alfredo is really good. We will definitely be back to try more food. Try it. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The customer service is okay. The food is absolutely terrible. I feel as if it were microwaved/canned food that I could have made at home… But worse. The flavors are extremely bland with little Italian flair. I would like to see the food have more flavor! The employees are younger and may need proper training on customer service.
