We frequent this restaurant on our visits to Rockdale. We like this change of pace from the mostly Mexican cuisine in this town. The Italian dishes are actually quite good especially for a small town in central Texas. Courteous staff. Give this place a try if you’re not in the mood for Mexican food.

I have eaten at Gino’s several times. Some people may think that it takes the food too long to get to your table…but chefs that take their time create WONDERFUL dishes! Who can resist warm bread and “real” butter! It had a Nice, QUIET atmosphere the times I was at Gino’s. ♡ Large entree portions…enough to share! Excellent lunch specials! Adults can order child size meals for only $1 more!!! VERY reasonable prices! Why drive to Austin for wonderful Italian food when it is just down the street! ♡♡♡

The food was some of the best Italian I have ever had. The only reason why I’m not giving this 5 stars is because our service on a slow night was the worst. One person in our party did not get their food (the same plate as another person at the table had ordered) until after everyone else has finished eating. Drinks were not refilled. However, the penne alla vodka was great. The stuffed mushrooms were great and the next time I’m in town I will give them another shot because the food was that good.

The pizza is good. The service is great. They went out of their way to get my little cousin’s cheese steak exactly the way he wanted it. Prices are fair. I’m glad this place is here.

I don’t know what they call the sauce they put on the stuffed mushrooms but it should be called awesome sauce! The homemade bread before the meal was soft, fresh and delicious. My wife enjoyed her chicken marsala, our daughter devoured the spaghetti and meatballs and I loved the cannelloni (and I don’t normally eat anything with ricotta cheese. We’re also pretty sure they use fresh mozzarella on the dishes we had. Don’t hesitate 5o give this place a try, we’ll be back!

I’m from out of town but work just outside of rockdale and was craving pizza, thank goodness a Co worker told me about you guys! I got the philly cheesesteak pizza and it was well worth the wait and definitely worth the 5.00 delivery fee for being so far out. Great prices. You most definitely have my business while I’m out here and can’t wait to try everything on your menu! I would give you more stars if I could!!

LOVE their white pizza since I don’t like tomatoes. I always add pepperoni. It’s the best. The fact that they deliver is a bonus. But what’s the point of even HAVING a phone if they almost never answer it.

This place is amazing. My job called me to this small town and some co-workers recommended this place for Italian food. I have now eaten here several times and it is of the caliber of Italian food from Chicago or New York. Great food and fast service.
