Allergen menus are not available. Even with a sign on the register that said to ask if you have allergens the cashier simply told us “no” when we asked. It’s very hard to order food when your child has a dairy allergy! None of the items on the children’s menu looked suitable, so I ordered a vegan meal and my child tried it. Not a total loss, but fair warning to other allergy parents that this place is not very Allergy friendly, make sure to pack a lunch instead.

Not very friendly. As a member, I come here very often and get the usual Mocha Javalanche. It didn’t taste right them and looked completely different. When I told them that it tasted like caramel, she said it doesn’t (without trying it). And all she did was add more chocolate syrup to “fix” it, which didn’t help. The chocolate syrup was on the outside of the lid and spilled all over my clothes. I spoke with Member Services and they said the Gingko cafe is a separate entity (?). I’ll just skip the cafe from now on.

I had the pick two meal option 1/2 Portobello mushroom sandwich and cheese potato soup which was delicious. My niece had the salad with hers. We sat and enjoyed the view of the lake. The cocoa was nice and warm after a cold hike. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff got agitated with me when I asked for extra ketchup and napkins. They gave me 2 napkins when I said I had 4 people. Also their air conditioning was broken when it was 90 degrees outside.

Somebody mentioned shrinkflation, I would have understood it if it did not come with a healthy side of ketchup packet guarding. We are here on Oct 10 @ 1:15 pm, and the guy at the pick up counter is guarding ketchup packets like his wage is depending on it. I had to go through a third degree interrogation to get an additional packet of ketchup to go with my paltry fries. Saddest $28 spent here at Gingko.
