DISGUSTING, greasy, soggy wraps. Ordered a garden wrap and it was dripping with grease and had a blob of mayo stuffed in it. Who puts mayo on a wrap with grilled veggies?! So I figured I’ll eat the chips, how could they mess that up? Well I’ll tell you how, they are passed the ‘best by’ date. No thank you, Gigi’s! See ya never!

Food is Amazing My Niece comes from NH just for their Buffalo Chix Wrap 🙂 Food is always Hot when delivered and always delivered in a timely matter They have the Best Tortellini Soup Around and if u like Chix Brocc. The food is good but one of the order takers is so rude here it makes me super uncomfortable. She has no problem talking down to customers or co-workers for that matter. I can understand someone having a bad day and being rude once but this is consistent. She’s very bad for business. I’ve never left a poor review in my life but I think it’s important for the business to know how much of an impact poor customer service can have. She treats you like it’s a problem that you’ve called, it’s a burden that you’re in there and she can’t wait for you to leave.The other girl who works the counter is an angel and super nice and helpful. The delivery drivers all seem really cool and nice. She’s the only one that has a problem. Check the other reviews we’re all referencing the same person. Go ahead and order the food cuz it’s good but don’t expect to be spoken to like a human being if she’s working.

Great place! The pizza they put out is amazing!!! Never had a bad pizza. The chicken bacon ranch is our favorite. The combo is a classic as well. Another great thing about this place is the rewards program. They are always hooking us with great deals. Tonight we ordered delivery and it took a hour not the greatest wait time, and the pizza was delivered like it was thrown around in the car, when I called to complain they made us another pizza free of charge to make up for the damaged one.

The most despicable pizza restaurant I have ever experienced in my entire existence. What vile piece of trash restaurant brings the exact opposite order & then refuses to bring us the correct order? Children at a birthday party are starving for a pizza we ordered over two hours ago and they have the audacity to tell us that they can’t provide the pizza we wanted when the pizza they brought us (nasty chicken broccoli bull) gets eaten by said children before anyone can realize it was all wrong…? Absolutely no excuse for the dumpster fire customer service this place provides. How any place of business can remain in business after treating their customers the way they do is mind-blowing.

Order food. Waited an hour. Called, they told me they delivered it to me when they didn’t. They told me a child answered the door and took the food no one sign the receipt with my credit card on it. The top guy made it seem like it was my fault that I never got my food. told me his driver delivered it to me and then hung up..total s×÷t show!! Don’t eat here ever!!!
