Great food. Great people. The husband/wife combo runs the show and I mean show. Great banter together. My first time here, used the mystery pizza box app. Very happily surprised. Greeted by lovely lady behind the counter. She knew what I was there for! Handed me over that mystery box containing 5 slices and 2 stuffed knots!! That box was almost as beautiful as she was.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for almost 30 years and first had Gianna’s garlic knot pie at a friends house a few years ago – I was hooked after that. Second absolute favorite is the penne a la vodka with grilled chicken. THE BEST vodka sauce – hands down – in the neighborhood. We have a number of Italian restaurants and pizza shops in the immediate vicinity and NO ONE can touch Gianna’s vodka sauce. Order this dish and you will not be disappointed. I had it tonight and was inspired to write this review. The best Pizza shop in town!

Hubby and I moved to Medford 4 years ago and cannot believe it took us this long to try Gianna’s. Pizza and knots were absolutely delicious. So good I had to come back and try their Greek salad and that too was without a doubt the BEST Greek salad I have EVER had!!!! Owners were the absolute friendliest and place is clean and welcoming!! Needless to say, we have now found our FAVORITE pizza place!!!

Their salad pizza is my favorite thing to get. Although, it’s gotten insanely expensive to have 2 slices for yourself. Plus I would prefer if I could customize the salad pizza (like remove the olives, onions & carrots).
