We started our business in 2017 as a fundraiser to send our daughter Maja to play volleyball in Australia, under a popup tent. A few short weeks after the event we purchased our first food trailer. Tracy and I spent all of 24 hours straight remodeling the trailer to get it ready for inspection, and our first event.
We began booking events and fairs and our business has grown from 1 to 4 food trailers, a brick and mortar restaurant, (which opened during covid).

Good food and great portions. The tenderloin was very good and really tender. The fries were good but a little cold. The music was a little too loud. The restaurant has a retro vibe to it and looks great. A great asset to the town of Oelwein. Will come back again. This was my first time here.

I love this place. The food is delicious and so is the dessert. They have so many options and there is something for everyone. My kids love going here. They make the best funnel cake in the state of Iowa. Outstanding food and very reasonable prices.

Food was pretty good even though it was wrong. After repeating my order 17.5 times they still managed to get it wrong. I understand it’s a newer business but maybe a little organization will go a long way. Watched the car 2 cars behind me get cut off by another car behind them. That made you lose a customer because they ended up driving off. Maybe put up a barrier around the drive thru to prevent this from happening.
