This place was recommended in several YouTube videos! And trust me they are not wrong. Absolutely loved the Shrimps! Never tasted Shrimps so fresh and tasty. I went there several times in my single trip to Maui. We tried Hot & Spicy Shrimp plate which comes with sides of steamed rice and crab salad, Spicy Pineapple Pupus and Pepper Lemon Shrimp plate. Definitely recommend this food truck for some juicy shrimps….CASH ONLY

Tried the hot & spicy and asked for extra spice. $18/plate and it’s cash only. $2/ea for additional shrimp. Pretty decent flavor and better priced than some of the trucks I tried and also given larger portion of shrimp (12). Was not a fan of the imitation crab mac salad. The shells are kept on so kind of a messy meal — would be better if shrimp were peeled to better absorb the sauce/spices.

Was my first meal and best meal in Maui. Came highly recommended from the locals at the condo I’m staying at, so as soon as I got off the plane I stopped at GST and had the Spicy Pineapple Shrimp Plate. Super !!! Gonna get it atleast another two times while I’m on Maui!

I order the combo plate which included 8 shrimps and hot dogs. The shrimp was really good and I usually hate peeling shrimp but I made the exception this time and was totally worth it. The hot dogs though I could have done without. Tastes like the typically Costco hot dogs which was coincidentally across the street. The crab Mac salad was great too!

I got the combo spicy pineapple shrimp plate, 2 of us shared it since we wanted to try out other foods as well. It was filling even when sharing, I recommend this food truck, so good!!

Wow!! Geste was excellente! We stopped in to the little food truck village to grab lunch after landing in Maui. The prices were a bit high but the tastes did not disappoint. I had the pineapple shrimp and I’d say it was one of the best shrimp meals I’ve had! Great quality of food from a food truck, so much so we went back before leaving!
