The staff isn’t as considerate as most restaurants with good food. USUALLY, most workers are mindful when it comes to new customers but this particular location’s staff was not. I ordered the buffalo tenders and they gave me regular tenders with buffalo on the side. I’m sure if anyone wanted their sauce on the side, they would’ve asked for that specifically. USUALLY, most places ask what their customers prefer rather than assuming what they’d want. One of the workers assumed I wanted my sauce on the side which makes no sense because I didn’t specify that and did not know I needed to specifically say “I’d like them tossed in the sauce rather than on the side”. They should be mindful of new customers that doesn’t know that information of what to say when it comes to wings and/or tenders. Very inconsiderate to my understanding. They need to do better with certain information of that sort.

I’m confused why my pancake is in half, undercooked, and looks like a piece was cut out and eaten by an employee. This spot is always hit or miss. More misses then hits. So irritated I not only had my pancake eaten, broken, and not cooked but I also got no butter or syrup. Do better.

I came to this location around 4ish am…August 24th… I pull up, the lady and I make eye contact I smile, and she gives a cold blank stare… awkward*.. she turns to the customer which I brush off cause maybe he was there first..right? Whatever. Just for her to finish his transaction, and doesn’t come to the window, to even see what I wanted or hey hun give me sec.. something! No she still completely ignores me!!!! And decides to stand and hold a conversation with a customer who was already taken care of!!!!! The poor old man kept looking at me like and I’m just like… ♀️Then she LEAVES and goes outside… maybe she thought I would leave? Which why?? I’m a customer?….. when she finally decides to come in she opens the window and says… Myy bad.. like no you KNOW what you were doing being rude af, all that waiting and the donuts she gave me were DISGUSTING you can tell the oil wasn’t changed or maybe that’s just how they are? Idk but it left the worst after taste in my mouth, and now my stomach has been hurting!! Great way start the morning! I wouldn’t eat here or any location even if it was the last thing on earth. I didn’t encounter anybody else so idk if all the staff is like this? But she needs to be addressed or something!! I would be absolutely embarrassed as owner. It’s 2023 you treat EVERYONE with respect and care!!! Period!

I was looking for a breakfast place and stopped here basically as a coincidence. Small and cute little place with fantastic food. Portions are pretty good for the price. Very friendly staff as well. I had the shrimp omelette and I have 0 complaints.

Went late night on a Saturday. Wait for food was very long but when it came out it was delicious. Mary was our server and she was so sweet. She brought us a hot glazed donut for waiting patiently. Much better run than Arabi location.

The waitresses obviously, absolutely hate working on a Sunday morning! They were very rude and dismissive of customers who made online orders instead of dining in. There was an older woman who appeared to be training a younger, new employee. The older woman was preaching to the new employee about how tips are rare and showing each receipt to her with nasty comments INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMER WHO SIGNED THE RECEIPT. The atmosphere was very tense and uncomfortable. I felt sorry for that new waitress because that was once me. The older woman was speaking to her in a demeaning tone, as if “you should already know this stuff because it’s common sense”. This made the experience for customers very uncomfortable. Go in with your spirit in check because this experience definitely disturbed my morning.

The service is very real and makes you feel comfortable being there almost like your family. A great place to try even close to bedtime even for milk and a donut. I highly recommend if you can visit. The food is made with love and care.
