This place has only children working for them. I waited 35 minutes for one sandwich! I went in at 25 minutes only to be told they have to remake it because they forgot to spray to pan. I’m not mad that they were all teenagers, I’m mad there was no adult supervisor to keep them in line. There should have been no giggling in the back to the point people at the register can hear everything they are saying when people are waiting 35 minutes for one sandwich. They were literally giggling about my food while I was standing there waiting! About to “stop touching”, “it’s fine leave it”. Still gave them to benefit of the doubt and still took the food, even though they forgot my tiramisu. But brought it straight back after tasting the sandwich, it’s just plain bad, no care was put into it. When I went to return the food they were telling a to go order he had to wait and extra 15 minutes because they didn’t have cheese right now. Through this all they only received one to go order the whole time I’m sitting there, so for sure are not busy and there were at least 5 people in there so not a staffing issue. Just plain disappointed Goshen deserves better than that, we need more good pizza places. Oh and to note the comments about hair in the food has not been remedied, there were no hair nets or gloves being used. I literally watched flies crawl all over one staff members salad that was sitting at the table behind the register.

Amazing food. Fresh ingredients and very friendly staff. Kinda pricey. But definitely worth it when the quality is as high as it is. My family won’t eat at chain pizza places anymore. You definitely get what you pay for.

Last time I give this place a chance, they clearly have different people running this restaurant. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, salad and sub sandwiches I noticed there were no adults working, the oldest looked about 15 years old, along with a few kids who looked 10 years of age. The worst part of it all is when I tried to eat my $60 worth of food I couldn’t. The pizza tasted weird, the subs were make with cheap deli meats, even my French dip! The salad had brown and soggy lettuce in it. I mean are these kids even food safe certified? Never again will I go back or the people I ordered for, with assumption I was paying for a good dinner. Very disappointed and concerned about little kids working there. Food quality is not worth the price!!

Are you under new ownership? Not the pizza we are accustomed to. The crust and sauce were completely different and the cheese, which used to be our favorite part, was unremarkable. wishing you the best of luck with your new recipes… but we will not be coming back 🙁

DO NOT order online! Ordered $95 worth of food online. The website said that ordering online was best. I didn’t get a notification that our food was ready. I called and was put on hold (phone was sat down), which is not a problem because they were busy I’m sure, but I heard her take 2 orders in the time I was waiting so I figured she forgot I was there. I hung up and waited a few minutes, then called back. No answer so I just decided to go there and see if our food was ready. Apparently, it had been ready for a while because it was cold. The girl there told me that I should have called to check on it.
