I placed an order at 11am. At 9pm I called just to gain awareness of the under cooked chicken. The manager, question why I waited so long to call and they don’t serve chicken, they serve wings. After explaining I have an active 6 month old and wasn’t able to eat until 9pm. He never once apologized, showed any understanding or compassion. Had he asked asked how he could resolve the situation. I would’ve have told him, I didn’t want any accommodations. I just wanted him to be aware so the next customer wouldn’t have raw chicken.

First time ordering from Geppetto, the food came faster than I expected. I got the family pizza and ribs bundle and a large fry. The food was very good and still piping hot when we got it. The ribs were falling of the bone and so tasty. The pizza had the best crust and the fries are from fresh cut potatoes. Only small issue was the boneless wings were a little overcooked making them a little dry and hard. But overall great experience, even had a friendly delivery guy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and I’ll be ordering again.

One of favorite spots with good food and service – I love Stephanie she is awesome & I didn’t feel like wings and was going to try that Friday fish and chips but Stephanie said the pasta is good so I opted for that and we’ll she knows best – good portion size as well

Tried the food here for the first time tonight; ordered over the phone and the woman who answered was extremely pleasant and sweet, as she was when I picked up our dinner. We ordered wings, a buffalo chicken sandwich, and an Italian hoagie. The wings were tasty, but the sandwiches just didn’t cut it. The Italian hoagie was simply a sad excuse for $7. There was four times the amount of tomatoes on the sandwich than there was meat. People seemed very nice, wings were good, but likely not returning.
