I ordered a pizza from them through door dash. Door dash never showed up, so I tried to go to Gepetto’s and pick it up. Three women were behind the counter, and had were handing out the wrong orders to people trying to pick up their dinners. Standing there chatting like customers were bothering them. They had one family there dining – not a busy place. They hadn’t even put the order in they said because they only start to make the pizza when door dash arrives. They never apologized, and just made snide remarks about door dash, and said to have a good night, like it was super funny. Really rude and clueless customer service. Have heard this locally many times since moving here, and should have listened. Won’t go back again.

I just want to say that the food, especially the chicken tenders(my favorite) is the best around! My boyfriend and I came across this place when we were paying rent, and I am so happy we did! Now we stop by once a month to come in and try something new. It is always fresh and brought right to us at our table. The wait staff is always friendly, and very knowledgeable about the food. Also, I am so happy they have fried dough! Now I don’t have to wait for the fair to come around! Thank you so much to everyone who works at this fine establishment! I will be back again next month!

We love Gepetto’s, and the food is always top notch. We have had occasional issues with take-out, so we always check before we leave now. Doesn’t stop us from coming back. Tried the lasagna the other day, fabulous with so much garlic bread! I keep coming back for the chicken kabobs though, so tender with a delicious marinade!

Unfortunately had an awful experience with the customer service here. Have been a couple of times since moving to the area, this time I specifically asked for something due to one of my children having an allergy, I called back once I noticed it was made incorrectly in understanding know that mistakes happen but the young girl on the phone proceeded to tell me that Indeed did not say what I ordered and said that she remembered me specifically giving the order when it was in fact my husband so in all they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Hopefully someone will teach her some customer service skills

We just discovered this place last week and we came back tonight for our second meal. Pizza was delicious and came out quickly. Nice setting inside with tables. Will definitely be back.

Typically we love getting pizza and fries from Gepetto’s. However this past experience has definitely changed our opinion. The pizzas were good but the fries were pathetic, not sure why they changed them. These were basically baked freezer bag fries with no salt.
