At both Byron and Russell location the food has hit an all time low. It’s been goin down for about 3 years now. I’m now done with both. Apparently it’s who they are now…I ordered grilled chicken dinner.. This is what I got…Barely browned chicken, dry bread, a few fries…Food was terrible. About a month ago I spent $21 on chicken salad and coleslaw…One of the 2 made me very sick, good thing I only ate a little of it. ..Next day I took it back.. They wouldn’t give me my money back…lol..Only a giftcard…Ummm, I ain’t eatin there no mo…lol.

Clearly the employees are the ones gice the 5 star reviews. This was the most disgusting food I’ve ever tasted. It was bland and dry. The employees were rude when we told them we were given the wrong food. We based our decision off of the Google rating & really wish we would have gone somewhere else.

The rib dinner was dry & tough, sides were “miniature” portions, but the grilled chicken & side salads were fresh and the sliced turkey plate was good too. The chicken salad is excellent. The pimento cheese was bland to me, but the bbq sauces, and the sweet potato tots are a nice treat. The customer service is friendly and the restaurant is clean. They even have a drive thru.

Worst brisket I’ve ever had, thinly sliced brisket, covered in sauce to make up for the fact that it was probably not smoked. I’d prefer to go to Sonny’s down the road! Absolutely not worth the price, never going here again

Their Brunswick stew is the best. Their chicken salad is ok. But their BBQ, not so good. Their pickle slices . But, what beats everything is I asked for spicy sauce to go with my platter and sweet sauce to go with mine. How are you supposed to tell the difference?

Stopped by on our way down to Fla. from Illinois. Love to try different bbq places. Georgia Bob’s didn’t dissappoint. I had the combo platter with ribs and chicken. The ribs had good flavor, were fall off the bones tender, and the spicy sauce finished it off great. I tried the Brunswick stew as a side and it was really good. My son and wife loved their entrees as well (ribs). We finished it off with some banana pudding. Yum!

I love the food from here because it TASTES GOOD…. That’s it. But. The portions are VERY small. This is a “portion” of a full order chicken salad. No. I’ve also gotten a brisket sandwich and the portion was small. Please. Up the portions. If I pay $16 for chicken salad…I need more.
