Some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. They really know how to cook all of the different seafood types. The service is unsurpassable. Their obviously well-trained staff was running like a well-oiled machine. We were treated to a pre-dinner shrimp ball appetizer and an after meal sesame rice ball. They even brought us a nice mango dessert for our anniversary! Everything tasted fantastic, and had all of their own individual flavors. Even the prices were good. The shrimp spring roll appetizers were delicious and the plum sauce served with it was obviously made fresh. This is definitely a go-to place to impress. Just the table settings alone make one feel as if you are the VIP. They have lots of a table of service entrees like duck and whole fish.

I was a little hesitant because of the 3.8 ratting, but I really crave Chinese food, so still went there! Surprisingly, everything is tasty and our waitress Rebecca was really helpful too. I ordered beef congee, but they sold out congee, so the chef offered me beef rice soup. I was like…is it gonna be good? It turns out to be really good. Flavorful and fresh! The scallops and veggies were also really tasty. My husband and I really enjoyed the meal and wished we found it earlier. We were not able to try more dishes, so I don’t know if anything is amazing. However, if you want a good comfort meal of Chinese food, go there. Price is also really reasonable too! When we left, we also got a little desert gift at the door! forgot to take pictures of the desert. Not too sweet which I liked!

The poached sliced scallop soup is so good! It’s a good quality of Cantonese style thick soup, made me feel nostalgic. The scallop is fresh, sweet, and fatty. Although it is listed in the Tasing Menu, but the chef can make it separately.

Certainly up there in our top 5 Asian restaurants! We split the Cantonese appetizer combo, shrimp spring rolls and the pan fried scallops with walnuts. All were outstanding and frankly too much for the two of us to eat. The BBQ pork and the duck were the stars of the show.

As Cantonese, this place is great place for Cantonese/Chinese Food. It exceeds my expectation. I ordered chicken rice and eggplant with seafood (shown in pic) pork congee, stir-fried shredded beef (forgot to take pic). All are amazing. Quality of the chicken has improvement potential but the rice is pure incredible. I will recommend to skip the tasting menu and order the dish you like or ask for recommendation! Next time I visit Hilton Resort World, I will definitely go back to Genting Palace again.

Was here for a company dinner and had 6 courses featuring chilled sliced abalone, crab meat corn soup, garlic steamed lobster, Kirin crispy chicken, braised eggplant noodles, and mango coconut custard! Each dish was very different in flavor and texture, yet still complemented each other to make a rounded dining experience. Service was friendly and well paced. 10/10 would go again next time I’m in Vegas!

This restaurant did not disappoint! Jer was our waiter and his service was outstanding. Not only did he take the time to explain the menu, he answered our questions while providing meaningful recommendations. The food was absolutely amazing and truly authentic. The ambience was exquisite. We wish we could have eaten more! I highly recommend Genting Palace and can’t wait to visit again when we are in Vegas again.

The food was delicious and the service outstanding. The waitstaff is the most attentive I have ever experienced. The decor and ambiance is pure elegance. The lounge was very relaxing and the cocktails were top notch, not too sugary. It is pricey but such a great experience.
