Great little lunch spot. Small independent shop, no frills, just good solid food at inexpensive price and with quick and friendly customer service. My cheesesteak sub was satisfying–hot and fresh off the grill, nicely toasted bread, cheesy sub and lots of flavor all around. The fries on the side were also well seasoned and nicely crunchy. Love coming to places like this and supporting the few mom and pops restaurants we have left these days, and enjoying a meal that truly feels like it was individually prepared for you. Can’t wait to come back and try the pizza.

We arrived Marriott Courtyard late, and noticed the neon sign across the street. The owner/ pizza maker was very friendly and wore a smile on his face. We ordered exactly what we wanted, waited a few minutes and walked back to the hotel with dinner in hand.

We stayed at the hotel next door and this place is conveniently located just across the street. The restaurant is a typical independent pizza store within a strip plaza so don’t expect too much for décor or atmosphere, but also don’t get discouraged because this place has great service and good food. The pizzas were great and the calzone was delicious and everything was ready in 15 minutes. The pizza is typical for east coast with thin, flakey and somewhat dry crust but quite enjoyable. Overall its an average pizza place but great service and convenience made a very good experience.

The taste of this pizza was amazing! Only complaint I have is that I ordered 2 LG 2 topping pizzas and the topping were very very lacking. Barely any toppings on either pizza. If it had a decent amount of toppings I definitely would have given them a 5

I love their cheese pizza. Thin but just right crust – not too soft, not too crunchy. A tomato sauce with a taste that doesn’t overpower but blends nicely with the cheese and spices creating a wonderful experience in every bite. It also reminds me of NY pizza that I miss. Genova should be a must-visit pizzeria on any pizza lover’s list!

This place is great. Feels like a family, owner operator type situation. Probably is, I didn’t ask. I usually get the basic calzone, then add toppings based on how I’m feeling that day. Always comes out delicious. Spinach and feta or sausage and mushroom are my favorites.

We came here during a road trip with our kids. The place is filthy. The bottled water was warm, there were no plates, and we found a hair in the pizza. Avoid at all costs! I have no idea why others rated this so highly.

Side salad was simple but deliciously fresh. And the ranch dressing was the kind I love that you can only get at mom and pop burger joints. But service and food was 5 star, I made my own stromboli of pepperoni, sausage and mozzarella. Dough, cheese, toppings and sauce satisfied my craving for good bread.

I’ve visited this place multiple times, it’s only a short walk from home. I usually get the Steak and Cheese sub or something similar with fries, and every time it’s been very good. While I wouldn’t say it’s restaurant quality or make any wild promises about the product, I will say the sandwich and fries were made lovingly and reminded me of places I’d go when I was younger for a quick meal. They do a good job and prices are fair. I plan on visiting again (in a few minutes actually) and I just wanted to express my appreciation for this place.
