I’ve been coming for years, for the bbq ribs and sides. The ribs are generously sized and smoky, great sauce on the side. Genny is one of a kind! Not always open but when they are grab a plate!

Best soul food bbq ever, Oakland’s hidden gem. Try the tender oxtail dinner, it’ll blow your mind. Wonderful, kind staff. Go early bc they’re so good, they run out.
