To keep it simple, the food is typically good, but nowadays they mess up orders more often than not and the customer service is trash….in depth, they will mess up your order and deny correcting it by not offering anything outside of a “future credit” even when they have over 45 minutes before closing to provide the properly prepared food.(mind you, I’m less than 5 minutes away and at 39 weeks pregnant would much rather have the food I paid for rather than some lame a## “future credit”) My family and I have been ordering from them over 30 years (I’m talking well before they moved the store’s location from south st) but after tonight, I’m officially done. I ordered delivery and had to bring the improperly prepared portion of a group order back due to the millionth time of being denied adequate customer service. I requested a refund that the guy behind the counter gave so much fuss over. After back and forth I stated that I was done being one of their regulars and he finally gave me my refund before stating that he’d make sure that they would no longer deliver to my address.

I was working on a call nearby and happened to park right across the street from this place. It immediately caught my eye because it looked really well maintained. The cashier was very friendly and the pizza was only $4 for two gigantic slices. Really good flavor too. If I am ever working in the area again I will absolutely be coming here.

My favorite pizza slices in South Philly. Big portions, floppy, cheese doesn’t come off in one bite, reasonable prices. The perfect slice. Easy to get to. Street parking is limited, but its to be expected. Prompt service. Courteous staff. Clean inside. Definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area.

Ordered a cheesesteak with salt pepper ketchup mayo and fried onions and some mozzarella sticks. The food was good but it’s like for some season some of these places in South Philly don’t like to put ketchup on a cheesesteaks. Why is that? But other than that the food was good. Soft bread, seasoned meat and enough cheese.

Got a cheesesteak last night. It was pretty good (solid but not top tier like Angelo’s or John’s or Charlie’s or Oh Brother or others) but the amount of meat (or lack there of) was a joke. The meat to bread ratio was weak

Overall food is great but the steak bread is too soft for a Philly roll.
