We are a small Italian restaurant in Medina, New York which offers takeout and limited self serve seating. All our pasta dishes are cooked to order and your patience is greatly appreciated.
Over 20 years of family food service in Rochester. New York. Gennaros Italian Ristorante was estsblished in 1985 and is now being brought back with love and dedication to bringing you the same authentic dishes that were a staple in Rochester.

As it was in the 80s it is still the best Italian food in western ny. My wife and I had dinner there tonight and wow i was impressed. Great service. Owners would come out and talk with us. Very nice people and the food was awesome. We will definetly be back.
