Employed staff such as cashier and cook, teenagers/young adults (female cashier and Caucasian male cook), were extremely unprofessional. The cook taunted the cashier “there isn’t any vegetables” and the cashier mentioned she was off. She leaves and does not refill the vegetables. The cook was rude and did not cook food long enough. We asked about vegetables and he ignored us. It’s a shame how the reputation of this place has plumetted due to hiring such immature and careless people.

This place was cool. You get a bowl and stuff it with whatever you like from the raw buffet. They add delicious sauces and fry it up for you with noodles (next time I’ll ask for rice instead). The guys working there are friendly and know what they’re doing. It was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I’m not a fan of the big noodles but everything else was great. I’d definitely go back and you get a ton of food for about ten bucks per person. Pretty good stuff for a mall food court.

Worst possible place!!!! The owner is a see you next Tuesday that doesn’t speak English plus a mask on=disaster. Made my food incorrectly and blamed me for not wanting to take it. Asked them to remake it and they said no and this b yelled at me for sitting down with my daughter instead of standing in line. How the f was i supposed to know that if you don’t tell me? Asked for my money back and they wouldn’t. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Rude rude owners

This place is simply AMAZING! The portion is HUGE. I paid 15 dollars only, and it could be enough for 4 persons. The quality is also great. Amazing variety of meat, veggies, spices. Everything is super fresh. The soup feels very healthy. The cooking process looks like a show. I love it! Thank you!

I don’t know why this place has a bad reputation. I got the standard BBQ plate and had over a dozen different options of meat and veggies to put in it. I got “very spicy” seasoning and the flavoring and amount of spice was perfect. The portion size was big enough and satisfying. The only downside was the cup of coke I got was over 50% ice, so ask for little ice in your cup. 9/10 reccomend.

What a horrible experience, would not recommend here in the Westminster Mall. First the bowl was way too small and overpriced. I went here because the menu said “create your own feast”. I’ve been to several Gengis Khan, but this one was absolutely disappointing. When I got to the noodles, the lady offered to put the special sauce so we let her. We gave her our bowl and she put the sauce, but to my suprise she added noodles and began cooking our food. I asked her for more noodles and she said there was an additional charge. The food was salty and undercooked. Not only that, she was not in uniform but more like house clothes which gave the impression that she was working in her own kitchen. The lady also forgot my drink.

Lady at cashier was very rude. She wasn’t listening to me on my sauces. Made a mistake on mild and she just ignored me until I started yelling. Then she started arguing with me. She finally poured out the wrong sauce but with an attitude. Then she forgot my drink so she was pissy about that. I have came here several times and never got this treatment before now until the last two or three visits. Now she keeps looking at me from afar. Never go here again.
