This place has become one of our regular eating spots. I am by no means remotely good at cooking so have a little trouble deciding what spices and sauces go with the meat and veggies I choose for my stir fry, but they have nice little recipe cards that are a huge help and my food always comes out tasting great!

It took me a minute to wrap my head around making my own stir-fry, but after the initial confusion I really enjoyed the experience. The food is great, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff are very friendly. My only criticism is that if you don’t know what to put in your stir-fry, the process is a bit difficult at first and you may end up with a bland concoction if you don’t know what you’re doing. The recipe cards help, but they are vague as to what amounts of ingredients for particular dishes. If you’re new, please ask for help before you ruin your own meal. Oh, and fill those bowls up past the rim, they expect you to.

I had eaten there earlier this week for the 1st time and even though we had a waiter that couldn’t remember anything the food was Good! So I went back today and the food was good but the service again (a different waitress) was very poor! People that had come in after me was served before me and after someone else brought my food I didnt see my waitress again until I caught her attention for a refill on my drink and to order dessert but she brought me my ticket. I asked for menu to order the dessert but when she brought me my drink with something floating in it ( she said a lemon seed) I had to go to her to get another drink! Needless to say I passed on dessert! Neat concept but really needs good employees! I hope it straightens out because the food was good!

Genghis is one of our favorite places to eat, however the experience of eating there varies wildly. A lot of times we’ll get there to discover that they are out of or have replaced items on the bar. The pricing seems to fluctuate a lot too. On 3 different visits we paid 3 different prices for the same thing. When they are well stocked though, it is a fabulous place to eat for freshly cooked, personalized food.

The food is awesome. I love that I can get just a complete veggie bowl with noodles and/ or rice. The cocktails here are wonderful. The service is great here, but it was quite slow at our last visit, which is not typical.

The previous reviews seem extremely polarizing. It seems to be a common thing for people who are having bad days. Don’t listen to the nay sayers. I enjoyed my trip to genghis, I did go at about 6:45pm and they were packed (another indicator they’re food is great). Luckily they had an available table for me and my fiancé. My waiter was very attentive and even helped us sign up for their rewards program. First thing she asked us was if we wanted to try an appetizer, I can’t remember them all but I believe what we had was the shrimp cheesy bread and it was superb! Never had an issue with our drinks. Our food was brought to our table steaming hot. My fiancé even enjoyed their brownie for dessert, I had no room after my meal. Overall an incredible experience, I say 9.5 stars out of 10. We will certainly be back.

I usually love this place but, last few times they haven’t had appetizer nor meat I eat. Tonight waited for a server. The girl finally gets us seated didn’t ask drinks or appetizers we had ask for both and she still didn’t bring sweet tea with lemon but unsweet..s I set here awaiting on my food the waitress I siting at customers table chatting away. The food which will b all veggie bowl due to certain allergies. Food is at counter she’s to busy so I’ll finish go get own food guess as finish up app will be ready. Btw. I’m on walker gotta love young folks concern for disabled. Tonight really disappointed me and I doubt I’ll be back companion for awhile and won’t be rrecommending it any time soon. Waste me money and time tonight… maybe is had manger in would get em on toes waited 20 min for bowl and only 4 people in whole building me and my companion counted.. so I’ll wobble up and get our food. I recommend if you do come come day when they have adult supervision they’ll actually listen to. Very disappointed top it off girl can’t figure out the rewards points to add… wow…

I got the Hong Kong Beef with noodles and brown rice. Unfortunately, the brown rice was hard as rock, so when I put the first fork full of brown rice in my mouth, I thought I broke a filling. But the Manager and our Server were very nice and comp. me my meal and got me some fresh brown rice. Three stars only because of the rice, and five stars for service.

Good food but the last two times I visited, the service “too little, too late.” The wait staff is nice and friendly but there obviously are not enough of them to properly serve the crowd. I probably will not be back until I hear that additional wait staff has been hired.

I don’t too much like having to make my own meal. I end up selecting a mish-mash of stuff that probably tastes much the same every time I go. I prefer someone who understands food and can put a variety of flavors together to choose from on a menu.
