Not recommended. I’m not sure where to start. The Chop Bowl said smashed potatoes (see pic). The Farmhouse Fried Rice was sticky white rice, not fried rice (see pic). I explained to the waitress my need for sauce on the side and other allergy restrictions. Unfortunately, the food came out with everything on it. When I reminded her of my request, she did get me a reorder, and it was wrong as well. We paid for the full meal and did not speak with anyone but the waitress. This was our first and last time. We will not be back.

This place is good but maybe not for everyone. I liked my jambalaya. I couldn’t finish their small portion and the flavors were good. My friend had a teriyaki chicken bowl but he did not seem to like it too much. The 3rd person had a hot and spicy bowl and it was ok not great. So it could be great but not for everyone.

Ordered a medium bowl made your way and hand picked my greens and meat into the bowl. We can choose from wide variety of options of meat, veggies, seasoning and sauces. And fill in the bowl with as much as you can fit in. The chef cooked it well and it was good.

My dad and I took my mom here for her birthday and it was a great experience for everyone. This was our first time at Genghis Grill and the staff is so friendly! We were seated quickly and had an amazing server! Miyaki did a great job with explaining the process of creating a bowl and also gave a good recommendation for the sauces! The manager also came to check on our table and created a nice sauce combo for my dad to try as well. My mom had talked about coming to Genghis Grill for quite a while and I’m so glad we chose this location. The cleanliness is also a plus! I highly recommend and we’ll definitely come again!

Went recently and had the small supreme with an appetizer. The place really should be called “The Rice Bowl” or something similar because the default orders are rice heavy. The hummus was the only non – chicken appetizer so its a limited selection in that corner. I had a margarita that costs extra if I wanted it flavored – that seems odd to me but ok I guess. I got strawberry and it was pretty good. The service was good but I ordered a Michelob and got an Ultra (a Michelob brand but not the same). The setting was “fast food posturing” – uncomfortable chairs and semi booths with cushions. My seat had two cushions meeting together right along my rear end, it was a little offsetting. The bill is handled at the table – if you pay with a card, the tipping presumptuously starts at 20% like most seem to nowadays – it struck me as, well not appropriate – I cant imagine a bus boy in that place so why start at 20%, maybe 10 to 15%. Would I go back? Probably not if I’m paying but every now and then someone offers to buy me lunch and if that’s where they wanted to go, sure why not?

This place was overall pretty clean and very nice staff. My server was Yukino and she was the most sweetest server I have ever experienced. This was my first time coming here and she helped me chose options she knew I would like. Her recommendations on some dishes sounded pretty good and I tried one and I loved it. Excellent food with excellent service. You definitely get your money’s worth with the amount of food you can stuff you into your bowl yourself. They encourage you stack your bowl as high as you can with ingredients. It’s a fun experience. The staff is amazing. Shoutout to Nelly for the awesome service! Definitely a must try place in the area.
