The food is pretty decent here but I have to say this is because of customer service. So I get the flyer in the mail for 25% off. It has no date of when it expires. They try to charge me $3 for delivery and I’m right down the street so I decided to drive to pick it up. Will I rushed out to pick it up and I forgot the postcard. Again it doesn’t expire. Can you believe they wouldn’t just take the 25% off. They have my address my name and everything. And it doesn’t expire so what was the difference. Terrible customer service! I even gave them a chance to do the right thing.

I decided to try Gencarelli’s pizza instead of my usual Giuseppe’s in Cedar Grove and boy was I disappointed. First of all it cost $30 for a large pie, 2 toppings, and a 2 L soda…seriously?! What really topped it off is when I opened the pie and the cheese was all over!! It was clearly packaged while still hot because the cheese melted off of the pizza and onto the cardboard box. You couldn’t even see where the slice started or ended. I ordered half mushroom and half pepperoni. Unfortunately, the pepperoni was on my side of the mushroom pie, which is an issue as I do not eat pork. Needless to say I couldn’t even eat. My family had to break out the pizza cutter, put the pizza back in the oven to crisp it up, and still use a knife and fork to eat it because it was so soggy. Tried calling back to complain and no one answered. Will not be ordering ever again.

One of the best pizza ever had in my life. I went back a few days later got the chicken parm with pasta. Then a few days after that I got chicken parm sandwich and the seafood something forget the name but everything was a nine out of 10. I’m definitely putting them on speed dial lol.

Awesome food, my favorite meal there is the eggplant parm. The employees are friendly. I love how they pack the food. I usually do take out, so when I’m driving the food never spills. They pay attention to food preferences and they never make mistakes like forgetting an order. I’m happy you guys came to little falls I work by there so instead of driving 15 min to franks pizza in Lincoln park now I drive 8 min to you guys. I could see me and my coworkers ordering from you guys more often now that it’s closer.

This is definitely an amazing spot. I travel a lot in the state and happened upon this place. Very friendly and courteous staff. Pizza was amazing, and they threw in garlic knots for free! 10/10 recommend.
