Been living here 2 1/2 years since moving from New York and the is the ONLY place that comes close to NY pizza!! Best food that we have gotten here in SC by far. Family run business and the family is truly wonderful. Love everything we have tried here. Their cannolis and their coffee are absolutely amazing!! Definitely visit this place the food is just phenomenal!!

We love Gemma’s! Everything is delicious! The pizza is so good, the sauce is amazing, the hot and cold subs are so yummy! The onion rings are delicious and crispy! The Broadway fries with cheese and chill and the cheese steak sub is my son’s favorite! I love their cannoli’s and other desserts that they make! The family that owns and runs this place are the nicest people around and we love that they are in our neighborhood!

My husband and I went for the first time today and WOW it was delicious. We got the Sicilian pizza and it was sooo good perfect amount of topping and sauce. They put such heart into their restaurant and it shows! Details and quality matter to them and again it shows! We will be back and sending friends their way. Gemma’s is most definitely a gem worth visiting enjoying and returning to again and again!

Down from Long Island NY on vacation. Found this gem of a pizzaria off the beaten path. The pizza was just as good as NY Pizza! We had the Sicilian pizza and the regular. Both were delicious so if your looking for NY style and taste, you must come here. 1st responders are appreciated and as of this posting, they offer a 15% discount!!! We are a family of 5 and the 3 kids finished their pizza and we had to get more! It’s not the traditional deep dish on the Sicilian, but it was still delicious! So if you are looking for good pizza spot, this is it!

First time ordering as my wife and I were drooling over the fried calzones on FB. I do not want to say they were good but my wife described them as “they should be illegal”. I know it was just a calzone but OMG. No doubt this is our new go to. Lovely people and great food. A winning combination.

Absolutely 100% recommend this little cafe! We got a Philly Cheesesteak, American Sub, Boardwalk Fries w/ Cheese, and Onion Rings and everything was delicious! We ordered for carry out and it look less than 15 minutes. We also grabbed some chocolate chip cookies that were amazing. My only complaint is that I wish the fries had more of that delicious cheese! We’re looking forward to trying more very, very soon!

Finally pizza worthy of being called pizza! After talking with the amazingly sweet folks who run this restaurant- we learned the ingredients are imported from NY. We had 2 slices and split a mushroom calzone. Buttery, crispy and decadently chewy dough without being undercooked. The cheese was the perfect amount of stringy and full of flavor. The calzone. Mama Mia! High quality mozzarella, and smooth ricotta that melts in your mouth like butter. The mushrooms were divine and must have been marinated because they didn’t taste like cheap canned in water stuff that most places use. The crust had a nice crunch, and then the chewy buttery goodness had me happy dancing in my seat. This pizza place is even better than the one we frequented back in NJ. We love to support family owned, local businesses! Everyone here was kind and attentive and the food blew us away. We will be back!

Wonderful pizza!! Actually the best crust ever! My grandson is a vegetarian and the folks at Gemma’s were more than happy to make pizza with half ricotta! We just moved here and will be back.

Best pizza I have had since leaving NY. The garlic rolls were amazing. All of the treats look delicious. My only criticism is they need to add a 12 oz pie for the single or retired individuals.
