This place has gone downhill fast since I moved into the area back in 2015. I don’t know what kind of business they have running there but something has changed. Orders have been wrong time and again, pizza is made by some dude who is checked out every time he’s there so it takes about .5 hours longer to get your food. Also for the amount of money they have upcharged for everything, I should have to have an order placed and receive the wrong food. I didn’t even get an apology when I called at nearly 7pm to find out if they forgot about me and sure enough they did. Luckily I’ve found other places to go to spend my money. ✌

I just want to say how horrible the owner of this places is… I live down the street we ordered breakfast sandwiches first of all it was not toasted, and then it taste like soap so when I called instead of making us new ones he pretty much tells me he’s not going to fix it because there’s nothing wrong with it I highly suggest if you eat at this place. Think twice he was not professional very ignorant and hung up the phone on me not only was he unprofessional and ignorant but telling me that I’m wrong I’m the one who hast to eat it like I said, I would think twice eating at this place

Different Cheesesteak #867. Very good little stop off the beaten trail. I really like what they are doing at Gem Market. It looks like they recently added a pizza oven in the back of the market. Very good cheesesteak but a little too much oil. The oil helped hold the heat and melt the cheese but it was just a bit messy, greasy messy. Very good cheesesteak.

There Cheese steak pizza is fantastic !! So good !! My mouth is watering just thinking about it . There sandwichs are awesome as well . I also enjoy the Breakfast after a late night and don’t feel like cooking.

I was so excited to try this place. I showed up to pick up my pizza, go home, and it was burned – top and bottom. I called, hoping to receive another, and was told BY THE MANAGER that they’d send me another one burned because it’s deep dish and that’s how they look after cooking for 45 minutes. Um, no, that is not how deep dish pizza looks. She told me she couldn’t refund me because an owner wasn’t there and then hung up on me. I called back and she screamed at the poor kid who answered that he needed to take my number. She needs to be medicated. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. Horrible customer service. Total shame because I really wanted to like this place. I was impressed by the menu and have a place here and planned to order frequently. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time or money or pay for poor young kids to be verbally abused by this nutcase.
