We were a large group (12 people) and the service was great. We were seated right away, had multiple servers ask if we needed anything during our meal and the food was delicious. We were looking to try gator and this place had it. I also recommend the fish and chips! The kids loved the smiley fries that came with their kids meals.

This was my first visit, and it was takeout. The greatest thing about this restaurant was the people and the service. When I went in to pick up my food, there were three or four teenage girls working the front. They were super sweet and helpful, all of them. One was being trained, and the others were doing a great job, helping her learn the trade. I was so impressed by the friendliness and the teamwork. They asked if I wanted to go through the order with them piece by piece, to make sure everything was exactly as I had ordered. (That never happens!) I said sure, and the new person took me through my package. Everything was exactly as I had ordered.

This is the 2nd visit here and it was meh. The food was just ok and I swear they split 1 piece of cheese on my mini burgers. The service was unbelievable. Our server was great, but she was super busy. (And so was the bartender) I’m talking running around like a nut. The other servers stood in the back and talked and just hung out. Our food was delivered by one of them completely dead from sitting. She didn’t even ask if we needed anything she just dropped the food and ran back to go talk to the other servers. I was so embarrassed to have brought my guests here. We sat at a high top in the bar area and it stunk like bar rot so bad. The food was probably very good when it was hot. We had no drink refills until we finished our food. I wanted to get up and pitch in so bad. I couldn’t believe the audacity of the other servers there. The 1st time we ate here, we ate outside and we got eaten alive from the gnats. I looked like I had the chicken pox for weeks. I will not be returning to this location ever.

In from Ohio. The single best place to eat while while we were in town. From walking in, the hostesses were amazing and seated quickly. The waiter was knowledgeable and incredible at his job. Now onto the food. The large pretzel and queso is absolutely amazing as a HUGE appetizer. I got the breakfast burger and it was perfectly made and delicious. The manager checked on us and was as nice as every other employee. We will always eat there when in town, I highly recommend gators dockside to anyone. It was an all around amazing experience.

Another amazing experience at Gators! Great atmosphere as always but I sat at a booth for the first time and Skylar was our waitress. Superior service with a smile. I’ll definitely be back and bring more friends. Try the gator bites. I skip the mustard and make my own sauce with their ranch and some cholula! Enjoy!!
